I love everything about this property, paradise is my hometown and sometimes I need to come back and hang out, and this is a great place to do that.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff are so friendly and efficient.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is located close to our grandchildren in Oroville. The breakfast is great with lots of choices. Very clean hotel and so comfortable. There is also an outdoor pool.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The facilty was well maintained and clean.
Pros:

The Facility is conveniently located for the amenities in Paradise and Butte College. The rooms were very clean and had fresh linens on the beds.

Cons:

The breakfast was very good, in that there were many options and the fruit was fresh. I chose the biscuits and gravy with an omelet. The biscuits were very dry and stale. Other than that, The water and coffee were fresh and wonderful.

I liked everything. My favorite was the breakfast. Next important feature was the smoking section. Comfortable, with an ashtray and away from non smokers.

Cons:

My mattress has a body shaped dip on the left side.
