Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals ,sehr umfangreiches Frühstück,ruhige Lage, toller Innenpool mit gut temperiertem Wasser,Aussenpool u.v.a.mehr.

WENIGE Mehrbett-Zimmer mit Duschen,die meisten mit Badewannen.Mobiliari etwas antqiert,aber mit nostalgischem
Charme .Tapeten teilweise abgelöst Keine ebenerdigen Duschen,daher für Behinderte Menschen weniger geeignet. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dass vieles im Haus war, die Größe der Zimmer, Pools und Fitnessraum, frische Tücher

Cons:

Manche Dinge/Ausstattung schienen in die Jahre gekommen, das Parken für Hotelgäste unnötig teuer (Halbierung bei Verzehr/Bar eine Idee?Tagesgast vs. längerer Aufenthalt)

Cons:

Die extrem laute Musik am Pool durch eine große Veranstaltung im hauseigenen Konferenzzentrum. Warum müssen die eine Stunde lang mit Liveband (gegen 18h) in einer Lautstärke spielen, dass es noch in der Sauna voll durchdröhnt? Das Monarch schätze ich seit bald 20 Jahren als einen Ort der Ruhe und des Zu-Sich-Kommens, da war das echt eine unangenehme Überraschung. Später haben die zum Glück etwas leiser gespielt, und ich verstehe auch, dass man als hotel über solche Veranstaltungen Geld verdienen muss. Aber zum Wellnesscharakter hat das nicht so gepasst.

Pros:

Das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Super ist vor allem, dass die Einzelzimmer genauso viel kosten wie die doppelzimmer

Cons:

Was mir nicht so gut gefällt, ist dass das bezahlen von Getränken sehr langwierig ist. Ich glaube, das könnte man vom Prozess her optimieren

Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Monarch Hotel auf der Durchreise. Wir hatten ein sehr großes, ordentliches Zimmer. Die letzte Renovierung hat vermutlich in den 80/90 Jahren stattgefunden und dementsprechend überholt, aber sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man benötigt. Das Personal war freundlich.
