Omni San Francisco

We had a wonderful stay at Omni the past weekend! The staff was lovely, the hotel lobby is beathraking, we loved our dinner at Monte’s Bar and the room were impeccable! Ours had two beds and a living room space, so perfect our family getaway! And a highlight was Chef Bill Cornelison’s charcuterie board! It was the perfect welcome gift. Everything was delicious! I can’t wait to stay there again!

Excellent service from the front desk team. J, who was at the front reception, was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful in coordinating Uber rides for guests. Not only is this a beautiful hotel in a great location it also has a wonderful bar & great, friendly staff! My family and I had a super, long weekend with fantastic memories!

We stayed at the Omni with our two daughters, they were in awe of the marble and beautiful chandeliers, such elegance! We were greeted by Rico at the front desk, he was warm and asked our girls where they were from, what sites they wanted to see - every staff member we encountered was equally friendly, it is clearly the culture at the Omni. The location cannot be topped, walking distance from Chinatown, and situated on the main Cable Car line direct to and from the Ferry Building (buy tix on the app)! From there you can walk the Piers to the Fisherman's Wharf and the Exploratoriam or Pier 39. Or grab the #5 bus for $2.85 (kids ride free) and head to Golden Gate Park, Roller Skating, Botancial Gardens CA Academy of Sciences. We couldn't have planned a better stay, and the Omni made it feel truly regal.

I have stayed with the Omni San Francisco several times over the past couple of years when wanting more than a day trip (I live a drivable distance), and they never disappoint. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are absolutely lovely, and remember you name (Thank you Gerardo for such a kind send goodbye as I departing!) and when I do choose the restaurant or room service, the meals and service has been great. I look forward to seeing you all again, probably at the end of the year, if not sooner.

From check in to check out, you guys went above and beyond to making my 3 year anniversary lspecial. I’d never been to California, and I did so much research to find the best hotel in the city, and you really lived up to that! In a world being taken over by AI, you’re the one hotel going against the odds and I love that, we need human connection and interaction to have a fulfilling society. Not only that, I was so surprised by the room upgrade, the view upgrade, the upgraded drink passes, all of that and then some. Staying communicated through text with me, and giving us water at arrival & the kind words exchanged at check in. To walking into our room and seeing the champagne, the beautiful chocolate cake with fresh berries, glass bottled Italian mineral water, and a personalized card that said Happy Anniversary! I thought it couldn’t get better than that, but you guys stayed in contact through text making sure our stay was up to par and asked if we needed anything to let you know. Not long after check in, we hit the town, did all the touristy things and some non touristy things, we really made use of the entire day and night and the next day while we stayed at Omni. So, after our exciting galavanting and excursions of the city, I didn’t think you all could top it off even more so than you already did, but you did! We got back to our room that night and the bed was covered in rose petals, and towels made of two swans kissing and that definitely set the mood for the rest of the night ahaha. Y’all also tidied up the room for us and it’s so appreciated! I was thinking when they did have time to do this and also that is so nice! Then we got to check out and I know you were trying to write a personal response back in the texts but said you’d rather say it in person, again another beautiful moment for me, because you could’ve just texted it and that would’ve been that. You went out of your way to thank me for my sweet words and we had a heart to heart. Not only did you thank me for the honest and raw feedback in my messages, you embraced it and mentioned how everything I just talked about is what you strive for in guest services and leaving that impression on guests that you are here to make the trip as comfortable and seamless as possible. You want to make the trip memorable even if it’s just for one night, and you did that, you surpassed that! I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel but mainly the people who do everything to keep the gears turning. You mentioned you have meetings about this every week, how to make things better the next week and so on and so forth. How certain guests like me leave such an impression that our names come up in these meetings, and that touched my heart that I could do enough to make you smile as much as you made me and partner smile. Even when we wanted our bags held after checkout, you said take your time, take all day if you want, and that really helped us explore the city even more and we actually got to cross off every single thing we wanted to do on our bucket list, so thank you! For all the love and wholesomeness this hotel has to offer, the price is worth it, you won’t get this experience anywhere else in San Francisco. This was by far the best hotel we’ve both ever stayed at especially when you factor in the hospitality and making us feel heard and cared for. I can’t stress this enough, it was the most fun weekend I’ve ever had in my whole life I think, I ended up pushing my flight back one more day because I couldn’t get enough of this magical city, I’d never been in a city this big or dense, even on the outskirts, there’s so much beauty and things to do. Omni was a huge factor in the trajectory of how the rest of the trip was going to go and it only was up and onward from then on. So truly, from the bottom of my heart thank you, you all mean the world to me. San Francisco is home away from home now, it holds such a special spot in my heart. I’ll for sure be back soon, and if I’m in the city, Omni is at the top of my list!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the entire team.
A special thank you to Darryl the doorman, TJ at the front desk, Frantz, and Jasmine, loyal ambassador and team for their outstanding hospitality. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and thoughtful. Their kindness helped make our stay peaceful, comfortable, and truly memorable.
This trip to San Francisco was especially meaningful for our family. We spent time exploring Muir Woods and Alcatraz, and our boys said it was their favorite vacation yet. Coming back each day to such a welcoming hotel made the experience even more special.
The service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond, and we felt valued throughout our stay. We are so grateful for the role the Omni team played in creating such wonderful family memories. The hotel is clean and smells so good. Room serve and in house dining was great! Monte’s was good! It’s not a noisy hotel! Friendly atmosphere. Family oriented. Staff were very helpful with directions. Hotel is in a great location. The majority of everything is walkable. If you want to go somewhere farther, grab a uber. We walked everywhere and it was fun! We felt safe. Our room was clean. You can tell that hotel staff take great pride in what they do. We are loyal to Omni. Exceptional! You won’t be disappointed.
From the moment you step foot on to the property, you will feel welcomed.
