Omni San Francisco

We stayed here for a wedding and had an amazing experience. The staff was off-the-charts fun, helpful, and incredibly talented—they really made the stay special. The lobby was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

The location was also a big plus—super convenient for grabbing BART and other public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and made for a great vacation!

The best hotel in SF downtown! My family of four stayed in two rooms, and the staff were exceptionally nice. Though it was just one night stay, I had a very good sleep.

The staff, especially Front Desk Manager, Firaaz Rahman went out of his way to help us with several requests. He is the epitome of "Customer Satisfaction Focused!!!!

Once again we had a very comfortable stay at the OMNI with a room in the 17th floor with an amazing view of the city and beyond of the water. A big shout out to Gerardo for helping to make our stay so nice with his wonderful attitude!

Although we felt comfortable with our decision to stay at the Omni Hotel San Francisco based on location and reviews, our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff made a significant difference. Britt, Joanna, and Firaaz were all extraordinarily helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for
our SF plan, and the room was very comfortable.

The whole experience from arrival to departure was amazing. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else in the city! The staff (every person we encountered was so pleasant!) were so kind and our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view.

If you want to get spoiled, stay at a beautiful and crazy comfortable hotel, the Omni is for you. The building is beautiful, classy, but not overdone. The rooms are also striking with their high ceilings, marble baths and antique furniture. But so quiet and comfortable.

The shining stars at the Omni are the staff. Everyone from valet to doorman to desk personnel to bartenders were just so wonderful. They were pleasant, helpful, efficient and just a joy to work with.

Special shout out to Britt who helped me on the phone before arrival and then checked us in. She’s a doll, we talked about our dogs! So nice, and helpful!

We’d also like to recognize Gerardo. He was a lot of fun. He helped us unload and valet the car and when leaving, he packed us back up. Before we headed out he said, ‘wait a sec!’ and ran into the hotel. He came back with three to go cups of ice and tops for our drinks. I mean, cmon!

The valet (so sorry I didn’t get your name) was sweet. He left bottled water in our car and made sure we had the lowdown on best parking.

Thank you Omni, we do enjoyed our stay.

All the staff including the valet drivers, bell hops, and our maid were exceptional. But special mention must be made to Firaaz at the front desk who made our complicated checkout a breeze. His suggestions and coordination were spot on.
The location of the hotel is very central and within a short walk of Chinatown. We kept our car parked and used Uber to get around, and we were surprised to always have cars turn up for under a mile trip! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Ordered room service, quality and timeliness of delivery very good. Really liked having the free coffee service in the lobby.

You will love this place if you want beauty, great service, splendid rooms and are willing to pay just a tad more.

It is located at the intersection of California Street and Montgomery Street, which is one of the best locations.

It has the best restaurant and you will love all their offerings. The rooms are a good size with a wee sitting area and a great TV. The have great bathrobes and free spa toiletries.

Located on the historic California cable car line, a short walk to Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman’s Wharf, now there is a hill to walk.

They have a super gym and it is so clean as is the rest of the hotel. Are room was spotless and housekeeping is great. All of the service there is great.

While there, walk to Chinatown, it is about 5-7 minutes and it is so much fun and amazing food and shops.

Omni SF, CA was a very nice stay for a memorable anniversary in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. After a long day out exploring, we opted to trade eating out for room service. Chef Bill Corneiluson’s tomato soup was outstanding as was the accompanying grilled cheese. My husband equally enjoyed his kale, quinoa and watermelon salad. Honestly, we hadn’t expected much but were overjoyed to be incorrect in our assumption! Lest I forget, our room was beautifully appointed. Old school classic with great plumbing, lots of room and quiet. Thank you all at Omni. We will return!

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The property itself is beautiful—classic, elegant, and very well maintained—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the people.

Ricco, Andy S., Piraaz, and Gerardo went far beyond what I would ever expect from hotel staff. Their kindness, genuine warmth, and attention to detail didn’t just feel like good service—it felt personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, welcoming, and intentional.

It’s rare to encounter a team so consistently focused on making guests feel seen and cared for. These four gentlemen elevated an already lovely stay into something memorable and meaningful.

Because of them, I wouldn’t just recommend this hotel—I would absolutely return.
