Fair but disappointing stay!
Pros:

Excellent shower and water pressure
Safe and secure
Quiet
The location is convenient.

Cons:

Poor overall lighting in the room
Bedsheets do not cover the whole mattress so whilst sleeping, the bedsheets are loose
Staff friendliness was not anticipatory: no smiles, no politeness
Parking was an issue as they do not prioritise hotel guests over conferencing visitors to the restaurants and bars, which is an issue.
Breakfast variety is poor and inconsistent.
Maintenance could be better.

Lovely, but needs an update.
Pros:

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Manny. Convenient location, good views.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping needs to improve - we had to change rooms because the bed was dirty and had bugs in it.

Stay was pleasant. Nice hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Facilities on site - restaurants, Cyril's Bar and Hops inside the hotel complex. V good breakfast

Cons:

Old fashioned shower that is on top of the bath. Always feels unsafe from possible slips and falls
