this establishment used to be a choice holiday destination, not anymore.

Enjoyed the breakfast. the hotel caters for all religions.

Cons:

the lamb sausages were sour. the foam comforter on the bed was torn. for a 4-star establishment, the hotel lacks maintenance.

The Hotel is conveniently located

Cons:

We requested twin beds and received email confirmation of such. Upon arrival this was not the case the room was made into a double. We were running late for a function and needed housekeeping to correct matter urgently...
After much arguing backwards abd forwards reception stopped rooms. Room We received was not up to scratch...no water in fridge, one coffee sachet just disappointed

My stay at the Riverside Hotel was pleasant
Pros:

I stayed three nights at the hotel in order to facilitate training at the hotels Business Centre. All three breakfasts were excellent, The room and bed were comfortable and I felt welcome and relaxed during my stay.

I loved how spacious the suite was and the food was fabulous.

It took much too long for refreshed towels to be brought to our suite.
