Hotel comodo per visitare a Venezia soggiornando fuori Venezia
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per andare a visitare Venezia, appena fuori dall'hotel ci sono la stazione e la fermata dei bus.
Personale molto gentile e competente.

Cons:

Durante la prenotazione non ho chiesto una camera silenziosa, non mi è venuto in mente, l'unico difetto che ho trovato nel soggiorno è stato che la camera era poco insonorizzata, sia le pareti interne che le finestre isolavano poco, si sentivano rumori dalle altre camere e dall'esterno. Un'altra cosa che mi ha dato un po' fastidio è stato poter aprire la finestra solo a vasistas.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier und alles war super, vom Check in bis zur Abreise. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Bus nach Venedig war direkt vor der Tür. Gerne wieder.

Accoglienza, cortesia e disponibilità. Venezia è straordinaria nella sua complessità.
Pros:

Il personale era gentilissimo e cenato tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per un soggiorno senza problemi. Ci ha aiutato anche con il parcheggio per il quale abbiamo ottenuto uno sconto e anche per la colazione. Sono stati davvero molto gentili e molto disponibili. Ottimo personale.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto molto il contesto esterno intorno alla struttura.
Tranne le attività commerciali di istruzione vicino all'albergo, non c'erano molti ristoranti aperti la domenica sera nel circondario.

One night stay after 5 star cruise. Directly across the street from train station was PERFECT.
Pros:

Desk clerk was VERY GOOD.
Arranged good transport from hotel to airport.
Directed us to very good resturant for dinner.
We would spend an overnite with you again if we transit thru the train station once more.

Cons:

Wall paper is peeling off wall.
Vibe was "dark" cause of style lighting and old place.
But....worked for us for one night and provided us the value, location and connection to airport we would need the following morning.
So...job well done.

To visit Venice that’s an excellent place to stay!!!
Pros:

1.- Staff very helpful to provide any info you need!!!
2.- Location is exceptional if you plan to reach Venice by train: the station is across the street with plenty of trains, 10 minutes ride and 1,5 euros trip!!!

Cons:

They provide a very good parking lot in front of the door but access is a bit tricky: so previous to your arrival, you better ask a guideline to drive in.

治安が悪いとメストレを脅す記事があるが、宿泊・夕食だけに特化すれば、交通の便がいいだけに、
Pros:

・メストレ駅からすぐで、ベネチア本島への観光のための往復だけでなく、早朝にマルコポーロ空港から出発するためのバスの便も、これ以上はないロケーションだった。治安が悪いと聞いていたが、早朝でも夜9時くらいまでなら全く問題なく、また（ベネチア本島の激高に比べて）リーゾナブルなレストランが近くに何軒かあり、助かった。
・部屋は狭かったが、機能的にできていて、シャワーや照明など施設もしっかり管理されていた。
・朝食に、温かいパンやコーヒー飲み放題、そして卵なども温かいものが提供され、質も悪くなかった。

Cons:

値段が他の都市よりは高めだが、ベネチア本島に比べればずっと安いので、致し方ない。
