Great location, lovely touches free snacks and drinks after 2pm.
Pros:

Location good area, not far from metro. Loved the roses on bed. Comfy bed, great add on free soft drinks much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing really, the room was cosy but it did state size, top floor warm!!

Pros:

These people were so kind. I was initially assigned a single room that was very noisy (fyi I am fairly sensitive yo that) because I was near the stairs. People going up and down all night even with ear plugs was not pleasant. When I told
Them the next day they put me in nicer quieter room at no charge and were just lovely and professional

Cons:

The single rooms are singularly uncomfortable (pillows and noise level especially)
