Categories

Cleanliness
7
Generally clean rooms and daily cleaning praised, but several guests reported a poorly cleaned room, bathroom cleanliness could be better, and thin walls were noted — mixed sentiment leads to a below-average score.
Service
9.2
Staff repeatedly described as welcoming, helpful and inclusive across multiple reviews (reception, assistance with room changes, friendly service), justifying a strong positive score.
Location
9.3
Location repeatedly highlighted as a major positive (proximity, excellent emplacement, easy access to transport and restaurants), consistently high sentiment.
Room Quality
6.5
Multiple comments about very small rooms, little natural light, awkward/old bathrooms and some outdated furnishings — clear negative trend reducing this rating.
Amenities
8.8
Free minibar, after-hours snacks, good breakfast and reception refreshments are praised; however occasional elevator problems and limited space (tiny elevator) temper the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.5
Several guests explicitly noted price-quality is fair and comfortable beds/basics are provided — overall perceived as appropriate value for stay.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast and buffet praised in multiple reviews; free snacks and drinks from minibar/reception were appreciated, producing a clearly positive sentiment.
Overall Experience
9.7
Many guests described stays as very pleasant or incredible, recommending the hotel despite some inconveniences (small rooms, occasional maintenance) — overall very strong experience.
