Super séjour à l'hotel Astoria.
Pros:

Chambre très calme et fonctionnelle. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner, qui était super varié et bien achalandé.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Le jour de notre arrivée à l'hotel, assez tot, le personnel nous a tout de suite proposé de prendre un café après notre voyage matinal.
Le mini bar (rempli uniquement de boissons sans alcool) est gratuit. Une attention appréciable...
L'emplacement est situé à proximité de la gare saint lazarre qui offre une belle connexion de différentes lignes de métro.
A recommander vivement.

浴室很不錯明亮整潔、乾濕分離，有免費飲料可以喝，有電梯很方便，距離凱旋門三公里、老佛爺兩公里，不算遠

Cons:

隔音很不好，晚上隔壁講話聽得很清楚^ ^木地板真的很吵，單人房還很小，28寸的行李箱根本沒地方放：）

Great experience in paris
Pros:

We came back to Asostel Opera, and we’re glad we did! A true gem in the heart of Paris. Great service, very clean, and excellent hotel facilities. Close to everything by foot or easily accessible via public transport. Definitely will come back in the future

The room was spotless and very well maintained. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed perfectly clean and tidy, and the towels were changed every day, which we truly appreciated. The attention to detail and overall cleanliness made our stay extremely comfortable.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks, which were a lovely extra touch and added to the overall experience.

The location is simply exceptional — situated in a fantastic area of Paris, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.

Overall, everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Séjour court, mais toujours un plaisir d'aller dans les hôtels de la chaîne, hyper bien placés.
Pros:

J'ai apprécié d'obtenir un tarif de dernière minute pour la prestation. J'aime beaucoup cette chaîne et je ne comprends pas les tarifs exhorbitants qui sont parfois pratiqués. Cette opportunité m'a réconciliée avec la chaîne, pour laquelle je commence à me fidéliser, alors que je m'apprêtais à lui tourner définitivement les talons.

Cons:

Le fait que la fidélité ne fasse pas la différence quand les tarifs sont élevés. Le groupe ACCOR par exemple propose des tarifs à ses clients réguliers et propose de faire une carte. Ca casse l'envie de rester fidèle à la chaîne, et force à explorer d'autres possibilités.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Location was good for us; quiet street and near of metro and bus stop. The breakfast was really great and free snacks and minibar were helpful. Room was clean and we didn't hear a sound from other rooms. It was really nice to stay in this hotel!
