Great stay
Pros:

Such a great location, rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Little touches like the drinks are free from the mini fridge in your room and an open help yourself snack/coffee and bar downstairs make for a really welcoming touch that you don’t find in many hotels now. The late check out time of midday is very helpful too. I definitely recommend and also will book in again next visit to Paris.

Perfect for the family experience in Paris
Pros:

Everything about our stay (four adults, two children) was ideal. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and each of the amenities -- pool, breakfast, sauna - exceeded out expectations. Location is fantastic for sights and shopping.

Fantastic location. Huge open plan lounge and breakfast room. From 2pm there are free cakes, snacks, hot & cold drinks. There is a very small pool and sauna, although we didn’t use.

We had booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple so loads of space. Light, airy and quiet - couldn’t believe a room in central Paris could be so quiet!!! Mini bar was restocked daily with water, juice and Pepsi.

Staff were lovely. Helpful and friendly. We had asked for some packages to be delivered to the hotel in advance of our arrival. They not only said yes but let us know they had received them and on our arrival brought them up to the room. Nothing was too much.

It was a bit more money than we would normally spend but worth every penny.

We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in a nicely decorated builing within walking distance of Opéra, Olympia, several theatres, monuments, department stores and metro and RER stations.
Since we arrived pretty early in the morning and the room would be available only in the afternoon, beside storing our luggage we were offered complimentary access to the breakfast buffet, which was a very nice gesture.
Our room on the sixth floor (standard twin), was definitely small, but had all the necessary perks of a 4-star hotel and was pretty quiet and squeaky clean.
Complimentary minibar (non alcoholic) as well as the afternoon snacks offered downstairs on a daily basis are definitely a plus.
Since our stay was during International Women's Day, every lady in the hotel received a red rose as a gift. Even from these little details you can tell that there is lot of attention to clients.
Breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from.
The price was in line with the city's standards, especially since it was the weekend of the City Half-Marathon and of the end of the Fashion Week so everything was probably more expensive than in other periods of the year.
I will definitely consider this hotel again for my future stays in Paris.
