这家酒店很让人惊喜、整体体验很好
酒店的位置非常好，就在歌剧院附近，周边道路宽敞，Uber 可以非常方便地直接到酒店门口接送。对于在巴黎主要依靠打车出行的人来说，这一点非常重要。
意外的是，酒店的价格比一些小规模酒店便宜很多，在房间品质、设施、卫生还是整体管理，却明显更专业和规范。房间里的设备和用品都很有品质，包括咖啡机 保险箱 空调等细节，都能感觉到酒店一流品质，有任何问题响应速度也非常快。
以后再来巴黎，我会非常愿意再次入住，也推荐给重视住宿品质，同时经常需要Taxi或Uber出行的旅客。

Excellent central hotel with great staff, facilities and services
Pros:

Superb from start to finish.

The trip was to celebrate my wife's birthday and this did not go amiss by the hotel. On arrival to our room there were treats & balloons plus a welcome card. A lovely start.

The room was clean & spacious with housekeeping daily. Although in a busy street the room was very quiet with the windows closed and air conditioning. There appeared to be some renovation work going on next door with plenty of drilling, but not at the weekend. During the day we were out most of the time so it didn't spoil our stay & obviously this is not something that the hotel can control.

Plenty of choice at breakfast, hot & cold buffet. The mini bar in the room was also complementary.

Used the pool & spa facilities a couple of times that made a welcome respite from the city. We also went to some of the other Astotel group hotels when we needed a break for a drink & snacks. Not a criticism but most of the other hotels are in close proximity & to be honest, in my opinion, this hotel served the best variety of cakes & drinks. So if nearby head back to the Astra.

Close to the Opera house & within walkable distance to many sights in the centre of Paris, plus metros nearby.

The staff, to include reception, breakfast & housekeeping were all very helpful & friendly.

When next in Paris this would certainly be our first choice to stay again.

Great location and kind staff
Pros:

The location was incredible and the staff was extremely attentive and kind

Cons:

One of the three rooms had a really funky smell. The AC didn’t keep up with the hot weather, but the rooms were never uncomfortably hot. Just not super cool, which sometimes you crave when you come back from a long walk in the hot sun.

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Astra Opera
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at the Hotel Astra Opera! My 3rd in 3 consecutive years. Boutique sized hotel with good facilities, friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond (especially Magali and Messi) and comfortable and spacious rooms by Paris standards. We arrived early and as our room wasn’t ready, we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel which was very much appreciated after travelling for almost 24 hours. Also love the convenient location close to several metro stations, lots of dining options plus the key shopping streets in Paris. Already looking forward to my next stay!

Everything was excellent. Very convenient location, close to RER station, department store and beautiful Opera Garnier. The hotel facility, interior of the hotel and the room was very attractive. Very clean room and reception area. Reception staff was very friendly and kind. There was no noise from outside. The slippers were super soft, the best one I have ever had which was provided at hotel. Some soft drinks and water in the fredge are fee. Also, there was drink and snacks service from 2:00pm near the frond desk which was very nice.

Awesome hotel, location and people!
Pros:

Traveled with my family for 5 nights. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend. Extremely friendly staff. Checked us in after delayed travels with warm and friendly smiles. And our room had champagne and macarons waiting for us! Such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a connecting room for the family and it was perfect for 5. Balcony was nice. And bakery right next door was a great way to start. The pool, sauna and steam were room were great to relax after lots of walking! The coffee and snacks in the afternoon were also a nice touch! The free water and Pepsi in the room was also great.

Hotel location is perfect. Close to train which we took to Versailles and Notre Dame. Very easy to navigate. Also close to shops and Galaries Lafayette. And many nice restaurants- from more tourist places to less so. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

1. Le personnel à l’écoute, souriant, souhaitant toujours bien faire et discret.
Aussi bien les hôtes d’accueil, le personnel au service petit-déjeuner et la dame de ménage.
2. Une attention particulière de beaux ballons avait été prévue dans notre chambre à notre arrivée pour l’anniversaire de mon mari, quelle belle surprise !!
3. La chambre spacieuse, bien décorée. La literie très confortable. La baignoire immense pour un bain en amoureux. Les accessoires et le contenu du mini bar.
4. La disponibilité du bar de soft à toute heure. Parfait en temps de canicule.
5. La splendeur du spa, la piscine grandiose, le sauna bien chaud. La fourniture de serviettes. Les lits très confortables et la décoration soignée.

Cons:

Sincèrement rien.
S’il fallait juste dire une chose : la porte de chambre claque lorsque q’une autre porte de chambre se ferme. Je l’ai signalé car je sursautais.
Ajouter du gel douche et lotion corps au niveau de la douche du spa. Peut-être ajouter un seau de glace pour la sortie du sauna et prévoir de l’eau très fraîche à boire.
