Nice, economical place to stay but the neighbourhood leaves a little bit to be desired.
Pros:

Just like most hotels in Paris seem to be, room was small. Bathroom was immaculate, water fountain in the lobby was indispensable. Staff including Remy were amazing. Terrasses in the neighbourhood were plenty, but parts of the area were a little bit rough. Access to Metro fantastic from like three different stations. 20-45 minute walk to pretty much every tourist site. Small grocery and several pastry shops only a few doors down.

Cons:

Rough crowd only a block away.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona, że po intensywnych dniach mogłyśmy znaleźć w tym hoteliku spokój.
Pros:

Lokalizacja dobra, gdyż bardzo blisko były stacje metra różnych linii. W pokoju sprawna klimatyzacja zwłaszcza, że temperatury podczas pobytu przekraczały 30 stopni. Pokój z łazienką nieduży, ale czas spędzony w nim przeznaczony był na głównie na spanie i co ważne były dźwiękoszczelne okna, a to ważne bo wychodziły na gwarną ulicę. Bardzo spokojna, pomocna obsługa a dla mnie to ważne, bo po przyjeździe miałam problem, a pan na spokojnie wszystko tłumaczył i bez stresu załatwiliśmy to w miarę szybko. Z dodatkowych rzeczy to bardzo doceniłam darmową dla klientów zimną gazowaną lub niegazowaną wodę dostępną całą dobę oraz żelazko, zestaw do szycia, czy możliwość wypożyczenia parasoli, choć akurat przy 38 stopniach i pełnym słońcu nie miałyśmy potrzeby. Warto też wspomnieć o tym, że dookoła hotelu jest mnóstwo knajpek z międzynarodową kuchnią w bardzo przystępnych cenach a 5 metrów od wejścia do hotelu jest też długootwarty sklep franprix.

Cons:

Wiem, że w tak małym pokoju trudno dać więcej udogodnień, jednak przydałoby się dać więcej wieszaków w szafie (było ich 8 a na 2 kobiety to trochę mało) ;)
I małą lodówkę.

Receptionist French girl was very nice but super negative and rude. Whatever we asked they told we have to go ourselves to the reception and bring to the room ourselves. It was water drop from AC. The washroom door was locked each time and was stressful. Room was humidic. Overall was clean inside.

Really loved the hotel and the staff and enjoyed our stay but someone needs to carry out some maintenance.
Pros:

The hotel’s quirkiness with well chosen art, etc. The provision of coffee machines, a machine dispensing cold sparkling and still water, a sweet bar - it’s the first hotel that I have felt was more interested in giving things than selling them. The staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful and made you feel special.

Cons:

The pocket door on our en-suite was off its runner and my wife got stuck in the bathroom. One of the lights in the bathroom flickered non-stop. The main shower head was broken and water just poured out of it. Our bedroom was small and the gap between the bed and the window was so narrow I struggled to get in and out of bed.

Posizione comodissima a due minuti dalla stazione della metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni dei treni Gare du Nord e Est. Personale cordiale e disponibile, ottimo il check in 24h/24 e il check out alle 12 con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza.

Bagno della camera veramente piccolo, in due insieme non ci entravamo

kleines, aber feines Hotel in Innenstadtnähe, gut geeignet für Kurzurlaub

Zimmer gut ausgestattet, Lage des Hotels perfekt in Metro-Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber, ruhig gelegen, da Seitenstraße
Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und wohlschmeckend, aufmerksame Bedienung für Kaffee/Tee

The hotel catered to all my needs and I will definitely repeat the experience
