Pros:

El personal es muy agradable y servicial, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. La habitación estaba bien era acogedora y estaba limpia. A pesar de que no funcionará el ascensor el personal fue amable y nos ofrecieron bebidas y desayunar para compensar la situación.

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba cuando estábamos en nuestra estancia, los interruptores de la habitación no funcionaban bien y teníamos que clicar múltiples veces, para encender o apagar la luz.

Cheap (for Paris) but not a 4-star experience.
Pros:

The hotel is affordable compared to many other hotels in Paris. The staff is also super friendly. The wifi was very fast. It's in a good location in walking distance from Gare du Nord and metro staton Chateau d'Eau and there is a small supermarket across the street plus lots of restaurants etc nearby.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely noisy: I could hear the couple in the room next to me argue and then have sex almost every night. I got woken up several times at night by the doors to other rooms closing. The carpet in the room was dirty: I wore white socks and the soles all became brownish after a bit of walking in the room. The bathroom smelled mouldy. The elevator was broken for the duration of my stay which is not great if you're on a higher floor. The interior of the room looked quite old. All of this is not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
