La falta de higiene en este lugar es simplemente escandalosa y evidente a simple vista. No es que la limpieza fuera deficiente: es que directamente no se había limpiado la habitación en muchísimo tiempo. Había suciedad acumulada por todas partes, incluso monedas tiradas en el suelo cubiertas de polvo, algo que deja claro el nivel de abandono. La encimera y los objetos estaban igual, completamente llenos de polvo.

La situación con la cama fue aún peor: encontré pelos ajenos tanto en la almohada como en las sábanas, algo absolutamente inaceptable y antihigiénico.

Para rematar, la puerta de la habitación ni siquiera funcionaba correctamente. No abría bien y, cuando intentaron ayudarme, la manija se salió. Esto demuestra que no solo descuidan la limpieza, sino también la seguridad básica. Esa habitación no ofrecía ninguna garantía de seguridad.

Tras presentar mi reclamación, se negaron a reembolsar el dinero escudándose en que la tarifa no era reembolsable, ignorando por completo el estado deplorable del alojamiento. Ofrecieron un servicio indigno y no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad.

Un lugar totalmente desaconsejable.

Comfortable hotel at a good price.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice breakfast included. The decor is cute. The hotel has an elevator. Small but adequate room. Good price for Paris. Half hour walk to the Seine. Lots of restaurant options close by.

Cons:

The location is in a very busy and loud neighborhood. Unfortunately while we were there the closest metro line was closed for repairs so the bus line was really overcrowded.

Super hotel pour visiter la capital
Pros:

prettig, zeer centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

nette kamer met genoeg leg- en hangruimte, schoon, moderne badkamer met heel goede douche, locatie in levendige buurt vlak bij supermarkten, restaurants en allerlei soorten openbaar vervoer. ik waardeerde de milieubewuste optie om de kamer niet te laten schoonmaken (wat voor drie nachten in mijn eentje helemaal niet nodig is).

ondoorgrondelijke lichtknoppen, maar als dat het ergste is...

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Geräusche von draussen waren trotz zentraler Lage und Wochenende kaum zu hören.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und eng, für die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer war es aber noch ok. Das Hotel is sehr hellhörig. Es waren immer mal wieder Klopfgeräusche an unseren Wänden und Türeknallen zu hören.
