Breakfast was enjoyable
The location couldn’t have been better. It is right in the center of everything and it’s all very walkable. The furtherest I had to walk to anything was the bus station, which was 12 minutes away. It was very clean and the staff at the front desk and the general manager were all super nice and accommodating. They even moved me to a different room after my first night that had less direct sun and was cooler. I was there during exceptionally hot weather for Ireland.
I liked everything!
Friendly staff and fresh produce . Mushrooms were very tadty.
No complaints at all.
Good parking facilities, friendly staff
No Aircon in the rooms
Lage, Hotelausstattung, Personal
Unser Zimmer war auf der Vorserseite des Hotels. Dementsprechend Lärm die ganze Nacht (hupende Autos, lärmendes Partyvolk, usw.)
Very nice Hotel and comfortable very well located close to everything very good Breakfast Buffet. Had a fabulous stay in Ennis lots to see and do beautiful part of the country. Will definitely be returning.
Nice rooms…good restaurant…friendly staff
They hadn’t a special parking lot for the hotel…but we came in late and there no spaces…so had to park in public lot and had to get out early in the morning to move the car before paid parking started
The hotel provided fantastic breakfast, excellent service, and the perfect location to walk everywhere in Ennis. The family suite was exactly what we needed for our stay too! We even had a kings-sized bed, and a couch for our son to sleep on. 10/10!
The only thing we didn't like is there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but normally that's not an issue in Ireland at all. We happened to be there during a heat wave where it was sunny and warm the entire time, which we are absolutely not complaining about! The weather was perfect our entire trip!
La habitación es amplia al igual que el baño. En el centro y tranquilo. Cenamos en su restaurante muy bien.
Nada.
Breakfast was fabulous, including both hearty, delicious and healthy choices. The location of the hotel is also fantastic -- next door to the Clare Museum and walk-able to just about everything else. Staff were great, and the original architectural elements of the building (former convent) and literary / historical elements were charming.
My only negative observation is that the lobby's interior decor is definitely overdue for a refresh -- the black and red color scheme is a little much! I came away with the feeling that "this could really be a beautiful hotel..." Too bad. But, the other attributes definitely made our stay worthwhile.
Location was great. Free parking.
Room was dated. Small and stuffy.
Breakfast was bland. Fried eggs were like shuttlecocks.
