Location, comfortable.
No hot water in sink, no heat in room, bathroom was grubby, room 509. On day 2 Sunday We were eventually moved to another room 212, much nicer and better. Just wondering why we were origanally given a room without some basic facilities.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Ich würde das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen, da es direkt im Zentrum liegt und man von dort aus wunderbar zu Fuß gehen kann.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel, dadurch war es in unserem Zimmer leider auch mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht ganz ruhig.

Pillows! And linens were excellent, small detail massive impact.
Very clean, reception staff very welcoming,breakfast staff excellent.
Buffet breakfast was faultless.

Brilliant location.
Bar staff were mostly inexperienced. Long wait for service. In the evening, we had cocktails made by two different servers. The first were excellent. The second were very poor.
Staff are great, very pleasant and helpful and efficient. Drinks were nice in the bar and food was lovely.
Booked executive room. For executive room what we got was a bowl of chupa chups on the desk with one of them eaten and the wrapper left behind and a fridge in the corner on the floor. I don't think these should be marketed as executive rooms. They are just a general room to my view.

The location in the town center was fabulous. Beautiful interior and very helpful and welcoming staff at reception. There was a great choice for breakfast and the food was delicious. My bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet.
The room was very small. I did not see the tea and coffee facility until checkout, as it was hidden in a desk drawer. There was no mini bar. The coffee machine at breakfast was serving tasteless watery coffee. A quiet lounge area next to reception with a fireplace was closed off and marked as reserved. The manager didn’t see this as a problem for guests. I just wanted to chill after a long day traveling.

Il y eu un bug assez bizarre de leur part sur les dates de réservation (alors que l'appli Booking était OK) mais ça s'est arrangé facilement, d'autant que l'hôtel n'était pas complet. Sinon tout le reste était très bien.
