Pros:

A bit outdated for a 4 * hotel. Also I was overcharged on my account by €36 and the hotel blamed Booking.com However the hotel reimbursed me same but blamed Booking.com which I

Room very stuffy and as we were on the ground floor we felt too unsafe to open for ventilation

Location is perfect

Breckfast was good

Cons:

Very hard mattress very uncomfortable ..had a horrible sleep and sore back next day as did my partner

Bathroom toilet made alot of noise when flushed as did neighbours when flushed

Couldn't open window as was on ground floor and could hear noise and not secure enough

Bathroom and bedroom could do with a refresh .

No fridge

The staff were amazing.

Cons:

Carpark small. For an excutive suite it was a bit small. Prize wise a bit expensive. Didnt have teaspoons with cups.

Pros:

Central location

Cons:

Room was boiling hot and radiator could not be turned off. I had to sleep with the window open. Decor is tired, especially the bathroom which looks like it's not been updated for 20+ years.
