Inna Samudra Beach

After about 3 hours drive from Bogor we arrived in the hotel. Check in proccess was fast enough. As I entered the room I was amazed by the beauriful ocean view. The room was spacious and clean enough. One thing I did not find in the room was SDB.
The hot water was good and AC was ok.
In the evening tried to have diner in the restaurant but informed that must wait for more than an hour. Then we went to Caffein cafe by the beach. After waiting for some time there came Nasrul who explained about anything including the menu that only available during the weekend. He was good and patient. Then he offered us what we could have from the cafe. Basically drinks and instant noodle. But we need real diner so he ordered from kitchen, the same kitchen for the restaurant. After about an hour our our food came but the cafe was about to close. He took us to the bar having diner and had karaoke. He was very helpful and informative.
In the morning we had breakfast after our first night. What I noticed that the refill process was slow. But all staffs were friendly. But it did not happen after second night stay. I informed one of the waitress that some snacks in the stall not available anymore. But she did not answer and there was no refill although it was only 8:30 on the Sunday. Also staffs in charge was slow response for clearing up.
For the room staffs, Dika was quick response when I asked for comb and praying mat. One HK staff which I forgot to asked his name was also informative and helpful. There were also two FO female staffs was quite helpful.
One last suggestion, I saw the bath towel inventory date was 2024 but it was already fluffy, maybe the management need to check up on the laundry
Will come again someday to enjoy the beautiful view.

i had been in this hotel for quite often, they still have very mesmeriizing view during the sunset, the food are very delicious and the ambience of the garden very nice..

its a lot of activity we can do during our stay such as walkn down the beach during the sunrise , swimming , walkin around the fisherman village near by the hotel, etc

a very legendary hotel with great view and ambience. Would like to come here again next holiday. a small improvement is necessary I think. Blanket a bit dirty and no WiFi at 7th floor when I was there. Breakfast was good with health protocol. overall 8.5/10

we had been lucky that our room has quite a space for make up and wardrobe. as we are staying on 7th floor.

it is nice to have two type of view: terrace view is hill roads, while the terrace is pelabuhan ratu beaches.

My Family visit Grand Inna Beach for vacation. the hotel is quite old but the service and cleanliness is maintained. the restaurant and food are simple but still maintain the quality of the taste of the food, the location of the hotel is not far from the center and the shopping center for souvenirs. the hotel is also close to the culinary center and sea fish auction. Nice palace, good view, & thanks for service

only hotel in pelabuhan ratu who have its own private beach where we can swim.
Need improvement in bathroom, especially in shower, water is too slow.
Breakfast is ok, not much variant menu. price is affordable. better to book directly to its whatsapp booking.

We booked for 5 nights. Overall room is nice with an excellent view of Sea. Staffs are really good. Food quality is also nice. Only matter is they should improve their linen quality. Overall we are quite satisfied with the property and its location.

We booked half board for 2 nights, there price was very affordable. The check-in process was not quite smooth because we need to wait around 30 mins before we finally got the rooms. It was not really disappointing though as my request for two rooms with a connecting door was fulfilled. The concierge staff was very helpful. Regarding the health protocol, the staffs maintained it very well, however there was a lack of monitoring at the lobby where the visitors should scan the PeduliLindungi QR code, thus some visitors immediately entered the hotel without scanning the QR code as required. The breakfast and dinner menus were all great. However, choices of dinner menu on Friday night were limited. The wi-fi connection was only detected in one of our rooms so that some of us who stayed in the room next door could not connect to the wi-fi. We really loved the beach view from the balcony and the beach itself. There is also a walking track along the beach which made us discover the Geosite Batu Karut at the end of the track. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and recommended for those who come with children.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. My family went there every single year for almost my childhood.

Went there and saw some pretty nostalgic stuff. Same elevator buttons, same phone, same TV.

It used to be an awesome hotel but in 2021 you need nostalgia to love it. 5 out of 5 for me but 3 / 5 for a lot of people.

Want more bad news? Saw a gigantic spider and my wife swear there is some supernatural event going on in the toilet. Not sure why ghosts like toilet, they don't need to poop don't they?

Inna Beach has private excellent beach with clear water and medium wave. Although in pandemi condition, hotel staff did their best service. Clean deluxe room and renovated, hot swimming pool water. Will be great if having wifi in the room.

The sea view was awesome... , the beach was really beautiful, diner was really tasty especially the roasted fish.. really fresh, the breakfast was okay too. The room is standard but was okay even it was the old hotel but still comfortable. The services was great.

good food .. good hotel.. nice view...warm service.. very good for staycation or leisure.
many attractions for tourist not far away from this hotel.. very historical .. nice beach and sport activity.. very recommended
