Very nice stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, helpful staff,clean and well kept.

Cons:

I didn't like that the whirlpool tub wasn't working.

Excellent service from woman managing the front desk. It took several tries to get the tv to work, but she was courteous and persistent.

The location in proximity to our event was nice

Cons:

The TV didnt work so we paid an extra 5.00 for internet thinking it was necessary to make the TVwork...the internet wasnt the issue, the bath tub didnt drain, no elevator, no common bathroom. Likely wont be back to an Americinn again

Pros:

Breakfast was awesome! I don’t remember ever having an omelette at a motel!
Diane who is ahead of house keeping got our TV to work!!

It was a good stay.
Cons:

We requested a main floor room. We got there and they said none were available. I have ankle and knee issues and it was very hard to go up and down the stairs.

Nice hotel, not ideal for visiting family.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and seemed updated. The pool was a nice temperature. Good breakfast.

Cons:

People can pay $5 to swim at the pool, which is a pretty great idea. However, we are from out of town and were visiting family who live in Monroe. In order for our family to come visit, they had to pay the $5. That was understandable for anyone who wanted to swim, but they also charged for people who weren’t swimming. It kind of felt like we had to pay extra in order to visit with our family there, which kind of defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel.
