Pros:

Beautiful hotel in Leblon with a great mountain view room. The design and aesthetic are impressive and the convenient gym membership at Body Tech for guests was a nice touch. Friendly service at the rooftop. Good base for a Rio trip if you want to be in a slightly quieter neighborhood than Ipanema.

La ubicación (Leblon) y el excelente servicio. El
Personal es adorable (todos). Te hacen sentir muy cómodo todo el tiempo

Cons:

Que el gimnasio estuviera contratado fuera del hotel, que la piscina fuera tan chica. El desayuno es un poco pobre . El área de spa era mini, no pudimos hacer con mi esposo un masaje doble. Personalmente, no considero sea un 5 estrellas.

Would have scored solid 8 if it were half the price, absolutely over priced.
Pros:

Location was spot on.

Cons:

I had no hot water first few days. Found staff didn't follow through with requests and had to be chased. Lift very dark and claustrophobic.

La estadia en Janeiro fue excepcional! 5 estrellas bien merecidas.
Pros:

Dificil decir que me gustó más, tanto las instalaciones, como su estetica y concepto, maravillosos, la atención del personal es única y la calidad de los productos, a la altura de sus 5 estrellas. La vista desde la terraza, una postal, y la ubicación a pocos metros de la mejor playa de Rio, es el lugar ideal para encontrar el equilibrio justo en Rio de Janeiro, tranquilidad, buen gusto y disfrute.

personale cordiale, gentile, parlavano tutti inglese. attenzione al cliente messa al primo posto.
colazione di qualita con buona selezione di dolci/salati, il tutto con una vista pazzesca sulla spiaggia.
camera molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario.
Posizione sulla spiaggia ottima.

Cons:

gli spazi comuni un pò piccoli, piscina troppo piccola.
