Z plusów to na pewno blisko do rynku i restauracji, czyste pokoje, uprzejmy personel, ogólnie ładny obiekt.
Zatrzymałam się w hotelu biznesowo na jedną noc. Niestety był to piątek impreza za oknem dosłownie jest klub. Okna jednoszybowe w takim hotelu… bardzo intensywnie wszystko było słychać nie mogłam usnąć, bardzo głośno, zatyczki do uszu pozostawione nie były w stanie mi pomóc. Wybudzałam się w nocy, tym samym następnego dnia była wyczerpana i zła, że wybrałam ten hotel. Czytałam opinie o hałasie ale nie spodziewałam się, że będzie aż tak źle. Ogólnie mam mocny sen, nie spodziewałam się że będzie mnie w stanie impreza za oknem wybudzić a jednak było bardzo słychać.
Hotel jest idealnie położony w samym sercu wrocławskiego Starego Miasta, dzięki czemu wszystko znajduje się dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki. Już od pierwszych chwil można poczuć wyjątkową atmosferę miejsca. Obsługa w recepcji oraz w strefie spa była niezwykle uprzejma, profesjonalna i pomocna, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również restauracja – serwowane dania były naprawdę wyśmienite, a atmosfera bardzo elegancka i jednocześnie przyjazna. Bardzo doceniłam także fakt, że po informacji iż podróżuję służbowo, przydzielono mi pokój od cichej strony miasta – to drobny gest, który pokazuje prawdziwą troskę o komfort gościa.
Szczerze mówiąc, nie mam żadnych negatywnych uwag. Wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie.
Toplocatie! We konden heel veel dingen op loopafstand doen. Aangezien gezondheidsproblemen was het fijn dat we even weer naar hotel konden gaan om bij te komen. Ontbijt was toppie!!! Alleen de drukte in de zalen was minder. We moesten soms echt wachten dat er een tafel vrij kwam of een stukje verder in de “bijzaal” gaan zitten. Dit was helaas minder. Maar verder erg genoten van ons verblijf! Ook een heerlijk massage geboekt en ook dit was heel goed!

The room was really roomy and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, but all the communal spaces looked really welcoming and well maintained. The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything I needed - bars, restaurants, coffee shops, transport links.
Not much to complain about to be honest. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, the bed wasn't the firmest and the pillows were either way too firm or way too soft, no in-between. I also didn't manage to get the TV working in my time there and I could've asked for help, but I wasn't too fussed about it.

Location is absolutely perfect 2 mins walk to the main square,The hotel's facilities are also spot on ie restaurant,reception staff,the room was nice big and clean,would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here next time in Wrocław.
Everything was perfect.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the centre of Wroclaw, great location for walking around and close to cafes and restaurants. The room was modern and extremely clean, with all the amenities we needed! Beds were also comfy. The spa facilities were great and cost approx. £5 for an hour!
