Excellent hotel in great location
Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The electric bus tour recommended by reception at a cost of €70 each for one hour when exact same tour could be obtained on line for €16. Would almost cause me to not recommend your hotel.

Worst stay ever in Europe!! Avoid!!!
Pros:

Nothing the staff is horrible and noises from walls unbearable to sleep!! Had to change hotels!!

Cons:

No soundproof in walls. You can hear downstairs room TV through walls!!!!

I would give my stay a 9 out of 10.
Pros:

This by far is one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Very clean and conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants and attractions. Our room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This establishment also has a nicely equipped gym and a spa.

Cons:

I was not a fan of the breakfast.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con aspettative decisamente più alte rispetto a quanto poi ho realmente trovato.

Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: la camera non era curata, con polvere evidente e un livello generale di igiene ben al di sotto degli standard accettabili per una struttura di questo tipo. Anche le aree comuni non trasmettevano una sensazione di ordine e attenzione.

Il servizio è stato un altro grande punto debole. Personale poco disponibile, poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e in alcuni casi anche poco professionale. Non c’è stata quella cura che ci si aspetta quando si sceglie un hotel per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno.

La delusione più grande, però, riguarda la totale discrepanza tra quanto mostrato nelle foto e nelle inserzioni e la realtà. Le immagini online danno un’idea completamente diversa: ambienti curati, moderni e accoglienti… che purtroppo non rispecchiano ciò che si trova una volta arrivati.

In sintesi, esperienza negativa. Non lo consiglierei, soprattutto considerando che le aspettative create dalla comunicazione dell’hotel vengono completamente disattese.

Great hotel
Pros:

The location is amazing, the staff very nice and willing to help you out. Breakfast with many options. The room was great, all neat and tidy.

Cons:

The beds are too high. My mother struggled to climb to bed, she's 1.50m and it was a struggle.

Als ich ein WC beim Check Out nachfragte wurde mir gesagt im 1.Stock. Mir wurde ein Code gesagt mit dem ich den Zugang zum WC erhalten sollte. Als ich ankam waren die WC's geschlossen, auch sah ich nirgends ein Eingabegerät für den Code.

Was surprised by the beauty of the old city and hope to return.
Pros:

Loved the location next to the heart of the Old city, lovely pedestrian area. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.
