Very nearly brilliant but.........
Pros:

Arranged two superior rooms with breakfast for 4 nights.
Excellent buffet but overcrowded with an overflow room being needed on one occasion. Tables slow to be cleared....I suspect this is more down to guest:staff ratio rather than willingness or ability of the staff although the majority of the staff throughout the hotel are young.
The staff in the Jeden cafe shop are first class and proved willing to go the extra mile without being asked - preparing warm milk for the baby in our group and always with a smile. Not the case elsewhere in the hotel.
Housekeeping was haphazard. One of our rooms was not cleaned on two days out of four until raised with reception. The other room was only partially completed on two days of the four. Not a big deal, but not what we paid and not up to 4* standard.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt, der große Ring ist fast vor der Tür.

Cons:

Je nach Zimmerlage kann man etwas Lärm von draußen hören.

Nice hotel, only if you get an internal facing room.
Pros:

Convenient central location, junior suite was lovely and very well appointed, staff were generally friendly and helpful (especially front desk).

Cons:

Unbearable noise in front facing rooms. We had to be moved after getting no sleep in a front facing room on the top floor. Local nightclubs are right outside with loud music and revellers until 3am. Then police. Then street cleaners. Then bins. The hotel must do something about sound proofing these rooms. Not just the ear plugs they give you, which was the first warning sign. Without doubt the most noise disturbance I’ve had in any hotel.
Or warn people. Or reduce prices. But don’t just “hope to get away with it”.
Atrium facing rooms are fine.

Pros:

This is my third stay here, and I will definitely be back again. The hotel is always spotless, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city. I also love their unique "rent a plant" scheme - being able to bring a plant to your room for the duration of your stay is such a lovely touch. A fantastic hotel all round!

Great location so noisy all night
Pros:

Location great, safe location. Water filter.

Cons:

Sooooo noisy all night cars ( boy racers) zooming outside. Didn't get good sleep whole break. They do supply ear plugs in room.that should have been tell tale sign.
TV no English channels apart from corrupt news and Disney channel.

Albergo praticamente in piazza Rynek,
con personale gentile e disponibile, camera grande e pulita con letto molto comodo. C'erano anche le ciabatte di cortesia e l'accappatoio. Acqua a disposizione gratuita.

Very nice hotel - good location
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour through Poland. We were in room 317 which was very nice with good wifi and facilities. There was a shower over the bath which was not ideal. Check in was swift considering we were in a group. We had already booked dinner out so can't comment on the dinner but the breakfast was a bit limited.

Es liegt sehr zentral. Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Es hat uns echt sehr gut gefallen. Aber es ist nur aus einer subjektiven Sicht beurteilt. Das Wetter war , für eine Städtetour, optimal.
