Wonderful experience, will book again next time I’m in the area.
Pros:

Close to everything, clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One of the elevators was being worked on so sometimes the wait was longer than normal, but the hotel emailed me ahead of time to inform me that would be the case.

Staff was really friendly. Room was really clean. I’m the person that check sheets, bathroom, and everything. The room was spotless. And that’s something that I look for in a hotel is comfort, cleanliness, and awesome customer service. Great stay

Pros:

Everyone was friendly and it was clean

Cons:

Fully booked and front elevator not working then back elevator would not stop at each floor when it was loaded. Same group of people went up and down twice before it let each of them off on there floor. Crockpots not working for gravy and grits

Pros:

Not only did they give us a wonderful breakfast in the morning, when we checked they were serving a meal until 7pm and we were invited to join them. Rooms were spotless and beds comfy. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Awful
Pros:

location to the highway and stores and food in the area

Cons:

The hotel is old and dark, the air did not work well in the lobby where breakfast was being served, The toilet in my bathroom was not cleaned well at all. the air conditioner unit was so loud like it was about to break down, I was there for 3 nights on the first night someone hit the wall really loud in the hallway at 3 am and I could not go back to sleep, this place is so bad for the price I paid.
