The staff at the desk was very rude. He made several judgmental remarks that were disrespectful to myself, and to my female friends. There was an issue with the booking that he wouldn't explain carefully so that I could understand what was going on.

I was put on the 1st floor and there was a bug problem in my room. From less than 2 minutes in the room I saw them took pics and took it to the front desk. Ask for spray and was told maintenance would come. I never saw them. Maybe they came after I went to work. Yet when I got off I saw more than I did before I left for work. I travel and I have used this hotel every week for like 11 to 12 weeks and this was my first bad room. I'm on another contract and I'm debating switching hotels
