The pool was great when it was open...the staff was very helpful and nice.
The elevator was messed up so we used the stair while we were there. The room was not as clean as it could have been. There were crumbs on the floor beside the bed and there was so much dust I had to clean it before I could sleep comfortably. There was an odor in the hallways. The food was ok for the price we paid but the juice tasted like water, and the eggs were really dry the first day but the second they were better.....but the staff was great!!!!
Everybody was friendly and everything was clean
Never got a remote for room 512 but I got a lot of rest
I love how smooth check in went and how the room was when we got it. the staff is also really friendly and they always answer any type of question or concern we have ever had.

I didn't ever get a remote to my room 521 but I got more rest. So that was a win win I guess.

Nothing like i say it was all great
There were bugs, holes in the bedding, the air conditioning/heater was broke and it was very cold all night. The bath tub and shower were not very acceptable. Outside has trash and the side entrance to the stairwell was broke and the door stayed open all night.
Breakfast was delicious. Excellent coffee machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area exceeded my expectations.
Room was yuck! Carpet seemed slimy. We kept our shoes on when moving around. Flooring needed repair. Couch cushions were stained. Room had an odd lay out and not only was the decor dated but the room needed repair. Out of date decor is no issue but the room had an overall yuck feeling. The bedding was clean otherwise we would not have stayed.
