Calidez, amabilidad y un lugar precioso
Pros:

me encantó la hospitalidad, la calidez del personal. La habitación encantadora. Nos dieron una bienvenida que nos hizo sentir en casa. La comida del restaurante muy rica. El detalle de que el café sea a libre demanda es un gran, gran detalle: excelente.

Cons:

Les sugiero mejor señalización para ayudarnos a llegar: llegué cuando ya era noche y nos perdimos. Quizás las porciones de la comida podrían ser mayores.

Sewage problems, no air conditioning or cold fridge.
Pros:

The property is beautiful peaceful and relaxing. The service staff is kind and helpful and very happy to help and assist.

Cons:

The king suite room I booked had sewage problems, making the room smell terribly. The air conditioning didn't cool the room down in the middle of summer and was extremely noisy so couldn't sleep. Since it wasn't cooling the room anyways I turned it off.. And then it dripped water on the floor all night. Additionally the refrigerator didn't actually keep anything cool. A big problem on a hot summer day. They offered to give me a discounted rate for two additional days for a different Room. Upon checkout they actually charged me 30 percent higher than the booking.com rate instead of a discounted rate. Really bad on this part.
Fidel is a shining star in the property and Fatima gave a amazing massage.

Luxe, calme et volupté … Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cette journée passée dans l’hacienda, entre nos visites d’Uxmal et de Mérida. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir ! Le personnel est très attentionné et prévenant. Le cadre est incroyable, plein de cachet, la chambre est très confortable, le jardin luxuriant, la grande piscine très agréable pour se détendre ou nager. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents. Un petit goût de paradis ! Merci ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Relaxing and tranquil stay
Pros:

We had a relaxing stay in this charming hacienda. The cooking class with chef Eladio was a wonderful experience, and it was great to enjoy the results afterwards on the spectacular porch. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

our stay here was one of the highlights of our travel in the Yucatan.
Pros:

This was a historic beautifully furnished and maintained hacienda converted into a hotel. The grounds were extensive and included a great variety of plants and birds. We felt like and were treated like royalty. Every detail was attended to. Our room was immaculate and spacious. The food was delicious and attractively presented, the service was attentive without being overbearing. The staff was friendly and gracious.

It’s a lovely property. Our room was large with attractive furnishings, and it had a huge outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasn’t hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment.

Es un gran lugar para pasar unos días de tranquilidad y ser consentido por el personal que es de primera. Habitaciones muy confortables y espaciosas. Las instalaciones en general son de primera clase. El restaurante es magnífico y precios accesibles. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

Todo lo que tiene que ver con el establecimiento fue excelente, especialmente el trato del personal, siempre amable y atento.
Lo que no estuvo nada bien fue la comunicación entre Expedia y el hotel con respecto a los servicios contratados.

Hermoso lugar!!!! La Hacienda preciosa, bien cuidada, rodeada de naturaleza hermosa, el personal súper amable y atento, la comida rica. Un lugar exclusivo y divino. Si no encuentran reservación en agencia llamen directamente, porque a nosotros no nos aparecía lugar y al llega allá estaba vacía.
