Ótimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, ótimo acabamento das instalações.

Cons:

Nosso andar ficou com cheiro de cigarro branco durante toda a estadia, então isso incomodou bastante. Também fomos acordados pela equipe do hotel e interrompidos duas vezes no mesmo dia, de maneira pouco cordial.

Nossa experiência no Mercure São Paulo Moema Times Square foi excelente. Ficamos hospedados por cinco diárias e o hotel atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas.

O grande destaque foi o tamanho da suíte. Ter dois quartos e dois banheiros fez toda a diferença para a nossa viagem em família, proporcionando muito mais conforto, privacidade e praticidade. Outro diferencial muito agradável foi a máquina de café Nespresso disponível no quarto, um detalhe que tornou a estadia ainda mais confortável.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade e produtos de qualidade. O serviço de manobristas também merece elogios, sempre ágil e cordial, facilitando bastante a entrada e saída com o carro.

O check-in e o check-out foram rápidos e eficientes, sem burocracia, o que tornou a chegada e a partida muito tranquilas.

Além de tudo isso, a localização é excelente, em Moema, um bairro agradável, seguro e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, além de contar com ótimas opções de restaurantes e comércio nas proximidades.

Com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima viagem a São Paulo.

O hotel é sempre muito bom, café da manhã excelente e cama espaçosa. Já ficamos outras vezes e foi ótimo

Cons:

Nos direcionaram para um quarto que estava mofado, mas mudaram assim que solicitamos. E o segundo quarto estava ótimo.
Dessa vez o barulho da rua entrava muito no quarto. Acústica não estava boa.
