O espaço é muito bom! Grande e confortável. Ótimo a opção de cápsulas de café disponíveis no quarto!

Cons:

Apesar do espaço confortável, requer manutenção, fiquei na suite 1801 e a porta estava travada, muito difícil de abrir! Estava visivelmente danificada. Além do chuveiro não ter pressão da água. Muito fraca. Outro ponto negativo é o fato do serviço de quarto bater na porta até ser atendido para repor frigobar, acredito que deveria ser mediante solicitação.

Não gostei do elevador, que dava medo. E também os cartões da porta, tínhamos que ficar indo todos os dias na recepção para liberar pq bloqueava

Amazing staying in Mercure Moema.
Pros:

Excellence in all aspects of the overall staying. As matter of fact, the employees are amazing. Hence, the accomodations are very comfortable. The Hotel Mercure Moema has a perfect position related to the Ibirapuera Park and is near to the downtown.

Vidros das janelas sujos, frigobar barulhento, portas e móveis com rastros de dedos. O valet do hotel roubou minha garrafa de água que deixei no carro!
