Adorei o atendimento e as acomodações são muito boas.
É a terceira vez que fico neste hotel, super bem localizado, local seguro e fácil acesso. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis. Para minha família (4 pesssoas) é sempre ideal, pois são praticamente 2 quartos em 1, com separação de ambientes e 2 banheiros completos.
Fiquei 2 diarias, e nos 2 dias o alarme de incêndio disparou. No primeiro dia foi na parte da manhã e foi rapidamente desativado. Já no segundo, tocou por volta das 4 e pouca da manhã, e ficou disparando incessantemente por uns 5 min. Foi impossível a comunicação com a recepção, por isso muitos hóspedes desceram assustados e fomos informados apenas que foi um “erro de sistema”. Sei que foi um problema muito pontual, mas os funcionários não eram preparados para esse tipo de revés, pois demoraram a resolver desligar os alarmes e não se comunicaram com os hóspedes para explicar a situação.
