A localização é excelente

Cons:

Reservei quarto pra 3 pessoas com um sofá cama. Quando cheguei no hotel o quarto não estava disponível me realocaram em outra acomodação. Que apenas dispunha da cama de casal. Ao solicitaram o sofá cama, disponibilizaram uma cama de abrir e fechar metálica horrível para minha filha. O quarto também estava sujo e com odor de cigarro. O corredor de acesso ao quarto com papeis de parede todos descolando. Um aspecto horrível de desleixo e falta de cuidados. Além de tudo os elevadores estão velhos uma demora interminável para chegar no seu andar. Não volto mais no Mercury Moema, péssimo a um custo muito alto.

Melhor base em São Paulo para eventos e negócios pela cidade
Pros:

Sempre que vou a São Paulo fico neste hotel. Para quem não tem medo do Metrô, a cidade de SP quase toda está a um quarteirão do hotel, mas também tem opção de táxi na porta do hotel. Segue a qualidade Mercure já esperada.

Cons:

Eu sei que é em respeito aos funcionários do restaurante embaixo do hotel, mas poderia abrir o café da manhã às 06:30 aos sábados. Não deram informações sobre o late check-out quando fiz o check-in.

Excelente hospedagem
Pros:

O hotel é excelente . Desde a recepção ao check-out.
O quarto é muito espaçoso, com estrutura para alimentação. Possui geladeira, fogão, utensilios (apesar de não utilizarmos por ser uma curta estadia). O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, e também jantamos no restaurante, onde a comida estava ótima. Parabéns a toda a equipe!

No café da manhã no domingo, por volta das 9 hrs, havia muitas pessoas e a reposição e atendimento ficou mais lento, somente duas funcionárias repondo e limpando.
Quando a comida chegava já estava mais fria.
