Gostei do tamanho do quarto, porém o box para banho é muito apertado, e pouco lugar para colocar coisas de banho. A cama é confortável, porém os travesseiros deveriam ser melhores.

Cons:

A pessoa da limpeza coloca os tapetes de chão junto com as toalhas de banho😲. O café da manhã poderia melhorar mais, pelo preço da diária do hotel deveria ter bacon, frios, variedade de salames, presuntos, um negócio mais sofisticado, achei muito básico.

Box do chuveiro muito pequeno e não tem suporte que comporte o shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Poderia ter um dispenser para cada item. o Suporte da mala não comporte uma mala média aberta. A porta num facha sem bater. os quartos próximos do elevador tem muito ruído. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e café em si em muito ruim. Fazer ovos mexidos com leite e quem tem intolerância não pode comer. Equipe do restaurante disperso. Room serve muito demorado e sempre erram o pedido. Além do preço ser exorbitante. Um omele e um suco quase R$ 100,00 é um abuso.
Principalmente em dias de chuva, a equipe do hotel poderia ajudar chamar o taxi que fica do outro lado da rua. Algum funcionário precisa ligar o ar condicionado da academia.
