Personale che non parla inglese, ho segnalato che il mio asciuga capelli non funzionava e non è stato sostituito. Servizio in camera che ci ha messo 2 ore per portarmi una caesar salad. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare e dettagli dell’hotel scadenti.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue regular.

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel tiene sus años. Si bien se encuentra refaccionado y las instalaciones están en buen estado, considero que la aislación acústica es insuficiente. Me hospedé en una habitación con vista a la avenida y el nivel de ruido durante gran parte del día y la noche fue bastante elevado. Además, se escuchaba claramente el movimiento y las conversaciones en los pasillos, lo que afectó el descanso.
Por otro lado, me resultó muy incómoda una situación que observé durante mi estadía. Una persona que posee un departamento dentro del mismo complejo se acercó tanto a mí como a otros compañeros de trabajo para ofrecernos alquilar directamente su unidad. Esto ocurrió en el área de recepción y, aparentemente, con total naturalidad por parte del personal presente. Considero que este tipo de situaciones no son apropiadas dentro de un hotel y generan una sensación poco profesional.
Respecto al desayuno, la variedad era adecuada. Sin embargo, en las mesas se informaba que era posible solicitar preparaciones adicionales, como pão na chapa, tapioca y otros productos. Cuando realicé algunos pedidos, parece que el personal no lo hace con buena onda.
En resumen, si bien el hotel cuenta con aspectos positivos, considero que hay oportunidades de mejora importantes en materia de aislamiento acústico, atención al huésped y control de situaciones que pueden afectar la imagen y profesionalismo del establecimiento.

Pros:

A localização é ótima! Tem tudo perto e a maioria das coisas dá pra ir a pé: restaurantes, lanchonetes, bares, padarias, mercados e farmácias. O café da manhã é bem diversificado e estava tudo ótimo!

Cons:

A piscina estava fechada durante minha estadia e não me recordo de ter sido avisado.
