Very friendly and professional staff. Great location and price. Would come back again!
Great Inn! Friendly Service
Size of room was great. They had a microwave and a mini refrigerator. Definitely could use an update. There was some holes in the walls stains on the bathroom curtain.
More than expected. Very clean place. Good size suite. The only issue was the tv that wasn’t working, but honestly, we didn’t try to fix.
I booked 2 rooms for a long weekend for myself,my Daughter,my niece and her 2 boys.
Upon check in my niece had to go get another room key as hers did not work.I had to get a new one second day as mine stopped working. There drink machine was out of order, there ice machine didnt work and looked like it hadnt been used in years. We had to drive a bit to get refreshments and snacks to bring back. My nieces room bathroom was not clean especially the tub.The bed sheets seemed to be clean except the top spread smelled bad.The room TV's were not set up correctly. We had to keep putting it to the HDMI each time we turned it back on and relower the volume plus the remote didnt work correctly had to get up and use the buttons directly on the Tv. There were unsitly spills all through the hall carpets and stairs. Running the air conditioner gave my daughter and I sore throats and we came home with it and bad cough. When the office closed at 11pm there was a door tooutside that remained unlocked 24 hours no key card entrance for our safety at night so anyone not staying could just walk in off the street. Being 2 woman traveling with our kids didnt eel very safe. In my batherron tiles along the bottom of the wall were broken and there was a fair size hole going down through the wall to I dont know where was a little dishartening while using the toilet. Walking on the room floor barefoot got our feet all dirty the rooms seem to have not been vacumed in months. So much to comment no room 😪
There was no greeting or smile at check in. No coffee or tea in the room or lobby. While entering my room I had to use all my might to open the metal door. It stuck as did all the other doors in the hotel. My new sweater was snagged on the metal piece sticking out. It now has a hole Pics below, a real safety hazard from this rusty metal danger. People above me were banging on the metal door & the floor all night. I called the front desk @ 2:30 & they said the front desk is open 7-11 we're closed & he hung up on me. I didn't get any sleep & then slept in loosing 3 hours of my day feeling tired, nauseated, headache & didn't enjoy my day because I was so tired. In the morning I talked to the desk & they didn't care in the least. She said she'd look at the security cameras. On check out he was dismissive & rude. I again talked to them about the doors that wouldn't close, the dangerous door that ruined my sweater & the noise. Again they said they would review the cameras. Didn't do me much good 2 days later on check out.No remorse, apology. Nothing. No service, No kindness & no hospitality. I cancelled my last night & only stayed 2 of the 3 nights. Anytime someone goes in or out of their room you have to slam & use all your weight to close it & pull your back & shoulder out when opening. Therefore you hear this loud heavy metal door every time anyone in a room above, beside & below leaves. You will not get any rest , kindness. respect or hospitality here. Pic 7 shows sweater damage
No coffee or tea in the lobby or room. No lift. Unpleasant staff with no greeting or kindness. The heavy metal doors to the room will pull your back & shoulder out trying to open & close them. They stick * have sharp metal shards sticking out that snagged my new sweater leavins a hole. Pics below. You will hear the loud noise from these doors every time someone comes or goes keeping you up or waking you up. Rooms need repair The people above me banged on these metal doors & the floors all night. I called the front desk @ 2:30 & they told me the desk is closed & open from 7-11 then he hung up on me. Clearly annoyed I had woken him. No problem I couldn't sleep in the room I PAID to sleep in. I C/O the noise in the morning & received no apology or care that I was up all night. Very dismissive & walked away saying they will look at the security cameras Check out was dismissive again. He appeared annoyed I wanted to talk to him about my stay. He didn't ask about my stay or thank me for staying.I brought up the dangerous metal chard on the door that ruined my sweater, the doors that didn't close & the noise from the people above. No appolagy, concern or care. He said he'd review the security. Didn't do me any good 2 days later. I cancelled my third night. This was not Canadian hospitality with kindness & care. It was rude, dirty, dangerous & loud. Not what I would expect in Huntsville.
This hotel is a no frill hotel that is inexpensive , clean , with decent sized rooms
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the sheets and pillows. The price was reasonable. I was unable to use the television
The bed was durty, the ceiling got some black spot, the shower was durty too.
I dont recommending this spot.
The water dispenser & ice machin doesnt work.
Actually, it was good! Very spacious rooms, ckean, with fridge and microwave. A very fine hotem to spend one night on the way ro Algonquin
Looks nice in photos but it is different in person. The ceiling, walls, floors and surfaces were not clean. There were no screens in the windows. There were a few loose wires that were capped and left lying out throughout the room. The bathroom mirror appeared to be falling off. When we went to adjust it, my son and I saw wires coming out of a hole in the wall the mirror was precariously hanging on. We found the smoke detector in a drawer.
The shower had good water pressure! The beds were comfy. No ice in the ice dispenser and no tv! Considering we were only there to sleep, it was ok!
It’s tired and run down. Housekeeping cleaned on my second day and took my toiletries away thinking I left. I got them back after asking for them.
Last minute trip for family emergency. Good service dude, called me to let me know when their front desk closed down. Didn't ask any questions when I arrived. Checked in with the most high tech door lock I've ever seen. Average motel vibe - Overflowing garbages, toilet shifts as you sit down, hallway smelled like cigarettes. Common stuff. For one night and no questions, I'd stay again.
This was a very tired sorts an massively overpriced stay
GOOD BASIC CLEAN ROOM.
ve3ry good for the price
Ok for a budget stay. Don’t drink the free coffee though.
