Cons:

The person at front desk was rude. He lied to me and when I checked out at 4 they put i checked out at noon which leads me to believe that room was used for God knows what while still under my name

Had a slight room technical room issue. No worries. Dennis made sure it got fixed and gave an exceptional Hilton service

This is overall the best place to stay when in the area several times a year
Pros:

Great location, close to everything. Never a lot of people plus we love the breakfast

Building was nice and reception also but once in the room it was uncomfortable due to the air conditioning and plug sin

It was nice in the reception area and gym

Cons:

The pool was not in service the room air conditioning was set to a certain temperature and shut off every little while so it was a hot and uncomfortable day the bathroom sink drain plug was stuck closed and didn’t drain correctly
