Not totally memorable.

Cons:

You can hear noises from the other rooms. During our stay we stayed at the 3rd floor and the room above us were jumping or marching on the floor. We had to put earplugs to be able to sleep. I messaged the Hiltons Member number but got no reply.

Pros:

Stayed here after a long week traveling to different places. The room was great! The breakfast was very good. The pool was clean. The whole environment was good.

Cons:

The ice-machine on our floor was did not work and we had to go to another floor.
The washer machine works for $2.50 (a bit high) and the dryer machine did not worked.

The check in process was great as was the employee that checked in.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the location easy to access. Lobby is bright and beautiful.

Cons:

The facility is a bit tired. The shower was torn at the rings and there were other general signs of wear and tear in the room and hallway. The ice machine on the floor was out of order.

The room the lady that checked us in

Cons:

We reserved 5 rooms for a wedding we were charged 3 times for 1room 2 of are guest head to put cards down for deposits and also charged for then rooms after working with a manager for to days charges were finally worked out but it was frustrating after having to take time out of our wedding day planning multiple times and the following days to have to deal with this and for our guest being inconvenience it was kind of embarrassing I do like the hotel though it was nice I just wish that checking in and all of this nonsense didn't happen

Overalll everything was good. Expect for the loud upstair neighbors and their only being 1 elevator
