Good but please pay more attention to cleanliness in the rooms.
Pros:

Morning coffee was free in lobby. Warm cookies in the afternoon. Staff was friendly. Location - fine.

Cons:

Sink had toothpaste drool running down the front panel from previous guest. Gross. Bathroom fan - full of thick dust. Gross. Wall had visible scuff marks. Why? If I can see these, cleaning staff can see these. Do they care?
2 bottles of water in room - each $3. Clearly marked w tags. Please just increase the room rate and give the 2 bottles of water free with the room. DO BETTER.

Accommodating to deaf, exceptional staff
Pros:

Recommend this property for deaf or hard of hearing people. They have specific rooms with alarms and door bell "light flashing" systems in place. Airport shuttle service started earlier than 4 am just to accommodate our "early departure". Staff was exceptional. Explained all the bells and whistles of the property. We received a text later after our check in to see if we needed anything. Very clean room.

Cons:

extra coffee pods for coffee maker would be a bonus

Pleasant, basic updates to the facility, reasonable price when compared to other properties
Pros:

Convenient location with easy access, both the front desk personnel and breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful

Cons:

No fan/vent in bathroom, exterior room doors slammed closed very loudly

Will not stay here again. Convenience for people flying but other than that a no go.
Pros:

Close to everything around the Portland mall and places to eat

Cons:

Charged to park while paying to stay there. The pool was not clean. Very cloudy could not see the bottom of the pool. While laying in the bathtub you could see where they put caulking over the mold. After paying 10 dollars for parking the person that checked us in didn't tell us to come down each day. In turn two of our vehicles got a 64.oo dollar ticket which we had to discuss to get it taken off. The staff stated yeh we take care of that. That should never happen.
