Beautiful hotel only extras are too much.
Pros:

Breakfast should be included. Most other breakfasts are free. Also the pet fee is too expensive. Most hotels charge $50 not $75.

Cons:

Lower pet fee. Could have had more healthy options.

Over priced for a shuttle to the airport.
Pros:

Was not willing to pay for breakfast at the rate we paid to sleep at the hotel. Convenient to the airport and had a shuttle.

Cons:

The only reason we booked this hotel was it said pool and hot tub. Which only my wife used for a very short time. The water in the pool was ice cold and very cloudy. The hot tub water had a yellow tinge to it and was scalding hot and only one jet worked. We could have saved over $100 at another hotel that also provided shuttle service and free breakfast. Also the bathroom shampoo and conditioner were empty.

Disappointed to be treated poorly because we booked on Booking.com
Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained

Cons:

It was just like home…. I made my own bed, took out the garbage, cleaned the washroom for the 4 days/nights we were there. No room cleaning at all was offered. We were told when we checked in to come to the front desk the next morning to get our breakfast vouchers. We didn’t make it the first morning but went the second morning, only to be told they weren’t included because we “booked through booking.com”. He was very rude, but reluctantly gave a single breakfast voucher to me for my son.

Great place to stay near airport...easy walk.
Cons:

Noise of other guests...especially children running up and down the halls after 10 pm
