The only positive was that the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

When we arrived, the outdoors of the building looked nothing like advertised. It was messy construction site and the parking lot was covered with litter! When we checked in, we were looking forward to the indoor pool, as advertised. It was in shambles as if they were demolishing it for a rebuild. It smelled of mold in the room and the pool had been torn to pieces. As we walked to our room, the entire hallway wreaked of musty marijuana and had stains all over the carpet. When I went to take a shower, the water only got lukewarm warm and got cold within a few minute. The pressure of the water was so terrible, I had to stand in the cold water longer to get the shampoo fully out. We stayed for two nights, and BOTH evenings when we arrived back at the room after dinner, our key cards had automatically stopped working to our room! We had to go from our room on the 4th floor multiple times to the lobby/front desk to get a new door key. When we left on Sunday morning, there was a ticket on the front of our vehicle that said that we needed to pay for parking. I specifically reserved this hotel because free parking on site was advertised, as well as an indoor pool, etc. this was the worst hotel experience we have ever booked through booking.com and we will be sure that we never book with the “IHG” company again. We should be credited for this experience. Absolutely horrible and disappointing!

Rooms outdated need some TLC need an upgrade curtains were dirty. Remote couldn’t turn volume down

Breakfast was ok should had something else other than sausage.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came in the room to clean to get trash or give clean towels and wash clothes. Had to ask for toilet paper. Was not the best experience.
Hotel took the money before I even arrived for the stay. It was supposed to be pay at property when you stay not taking the money before arriving and having to pay for parking too is insane. Location right off busy traffic section.

The lighting. Had lamps can't turn them on .The lighting beside the bathroom no lighting. The beds uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there.The sofa nasty all fussing. This place can do by hourly rates

Cons:

I didn't like the hidden fees that I got hit with AFTER I arrived on the property to check in. Over $100 in fees they did NOT disclose ahead of time. I am waiting to see if it comes off of my statement. Also the signage is tiny so we got lost every time we returned to the hotel because we couldn't find it.

Served the purpose but that's about it.
Pros:

I liked the convenience to the airport. That was the reason we selected this. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked out at 5:30am was very friendly.

Cons:

Honestly, despite the apparent upgrades the place seems run down. Like they slapped a coat of paint on it but that was about all. Some mold in the bathroom, fridge froze our drinks... just an overall blah experience. You have to pay to park, but can only pay through the app not as part of the bill, so $8 per night is really $9.50. Front desk person when we checked in was COLD, not friendly at all.
