I did not like anything about the property soon as I walked in my room I noticed mold went to the front desk to address my concern got another room and it to had mold! Did not stay there totally unprofessional! Still waiting on a manager to reach out!
Ms Roman is excellent as a host and manager.
Rooms can be a bit humid. But its FL.

After making the reservation with Booking.com, we went to the hotel… And when we got there… They said they were booked and could not accommodate us… It was very disappointing… Especially 1 o’clock in the morning

The continental breakfast was great. Anthony Smith at the front desk was very kind & helpful!
We ended up having to go ask for sheets for the pull out couch due to the room not being stocked.
It was okay for last minute booking. Room had hair here and there but smelled like it had been cleaned so I didn't complain. Pool was kinda yuck. The pool bathrooms were out of order and the men's stall smelled like sewage.
Breakfast was OK they had waffles at least.
Some younger Male maybe an employee idk kept riding up and down the elevator from floor to floor
