The heat didn’t work in the room. We asked for towels 8am in the morning. We didn’t get them until 9pm that night. We asked for them more than once. Terrible communication with staff.

It was just ok.
Cons:

This hotel was hard to find. We were charged an additional parking fee. Put this fee with the room fee as advertised. It’s a deceptive practice to hit the guest with an extra fee at check in. Honestly this is enough to push me towards a different chain of hotels.

The bathroom was very dirty, the curtain full of green mojo, the walls pink dirty, full of other people's hair and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The bathroom is horrible

I doubt I will stay here again and disappointed with the quality of the hotel.
Pros:

Good location and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

This hotel is in need of a refresh. The hallways have worn carpet, and the doors are warped either from water other issues. I was surprised to be charged $10 for parking. I have stayed at many other hotels of this nature and never been charged for parking. It seemed like a random way to make a few extra bucks. The beds in our room were not made up very well, looking rumpled. The receptionist who checked us in appeared bored and tired of having to do her job.
