Pros:

Gostei da limpeza, localização ok.

Cons:

No dia que cheguei eu estava com mala grande e várias sacolas (estava em um feira de semi joias) e sequer o funcionário da recepção teve a delicadeza de chamar o elevador, quem me ajudou foi uma funcionária da limpeza.
Não estou falando de Concierge, mas de gentileza em ajudar alguém que estava com as mãos ocupadas.

Used to be great. Not any more
Pros:

Staff. Súper friendly. Breakfast is decent and full

Cons:

The state of the rooms is really not up to the price and location of the hotel.
I go there every year and it hasn’t received investment at all, even when it changed owner last year.
