O melhor de tudo foi a educação e presteza de TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS EM TODOS OS DIAS!!! Hotel de parabéns pelo ótimo treinamento do seu pessoal!!
Ademais, a localização excelente (esquina com a Augusta!)!

Cons:

Pelo nível do hotel, acho que o café da manhã poderia ser ter mais opções de proteínas. Não que tenha sido ruim! Foi bom! Mas para 4 estrelas esperava mais (apenas isso), mas volto a dizer: o atendimento excelente!!

Fiquei decepcionada. Hotel em evidente decadência…
Pros:

Localização excelente. Muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. Região tranquila e segura.

Cons:

Banheiro muito sujo e quarto sujo. Camareiras falando muito algo no corredor. Elevador estragado como na nossa última estadia.
Hotel não combina com a região onde ele está.
