Cons:

Le check in est catastrophique. Le personnel est agréable mais j’ai du mettre une mauvaise note pour l’inefficacité totale du checking. 2 fois dans la semaine et systématiquement extrêmement difficile. Je ne réserverai plus dans cet hôtel pour mes groupes.

Cons:

A piscina estava em reforma, acredito que por ser um hotel mais utilizado por hóspedes de negócios não tenha muito uso a área de piscina.

no restaurante tinha pouça opção de refeição; exemplo: não tinha uma opção de prato de arroz, feijão, macarão e saladas e carne. Sugestão para os clientes poderia dar um descontos para proxima estadia

A minha estadia, eu a considero excelente.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Gostei da localização do hotel, do atendimento desde o funcionário que controla as bagagens aos administrativos; são rápidos na solução de problemas.

Always a great stay here1
Pros:

Good breakfast as always - lots of fresh options. Location is great: just short walk up to Av. Paulista. Showers are excpetional at this hotel.
