Very good stay
Pros:

Good pool that was never crowded.

Cons:

Hard to reach from Shibuya because of construction and Google maps doesn’t function very well with tall buildings everywhere. Lounge was sparse

Pros:

The location of this hotel is fantastic and so close to Shibuya Scramble. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I loved my comfortable room overlooking the Tokyo skyline. The in-house facilities such as the gym and pool were great, and so was the Japanese style breakfast.

Cons:

Slightly more on the expensive side but definitely have no regrets staying here!

They nickel and Dime u for every detail. We paid extra for breakfast by 150 per room and they only allowed for two breakfasts but made sure we paid for 5 guests Including an extra bed we did not need ! The charge was $ 26 us per person for breakfast and would have been better not to include breakfast with each room and just pay the breakfast per person. A major rip off . We had dinner in the restaurant for 4 people which cost 160,000 yen or $1000. dollars Now I realize why we were the only 4 people in the whole restaurant . I would not recommend this place unless you like overpaying ! They could not even arrange transportation for us to our cruise because we didn’t ask a day earlier ? We only arrived for one day . What a disappointment

lovely hotel, felt new and modern, rooms were of a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly

had trouble getting the TV to operate in English even though it had an English option
