Outdated, past its prime, not kid friendly and stupidly expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The views of the skyline. The fact that the limousine bus is on the basement level to easily take you to Hanedia airport.

Cons:

It’s past its prime. It’s outdated and way too expensive for what you get. It’s not kid friendly either. I would recommend Hyatt House, Shibuya Excel or Hotel Indigo instead. I feel taken advantage of.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The facilities were clean, modern and well maintained. Within walking distance to shopping, trains and food.

Cons:

The bacon at the buffet was barely acquainted with the frying pan.
