The perfect place 10/10
Pros:

This hotel is stunning: the location is perfect, the room was perfect, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff is second to none one! This will be the ONLY hotel in Tokyo for me

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Great gym and pool. Great location. Great view from high floor facing Mt Fuji. My Cerulean room was beautifully renovated with mood ambient lighting flattering to the minimalist aesthetic. The room was immaculately made up each day. Housekeeping was superb. Coffee nespresso, loose leaf tea, free minibar beverages other than whisky, daily replenished with night turning down service with chocolate and personalised note for weather report or if you didn’t need turn down service they left a note under the door saying they came.

Cons:

A little pricey but this is Tokyo.

Spacious luxurious peace in the bustle of busy central Tokyo
Pros:

I stayed in a superior twin room with my adult son. This is the second time I have stayed here. It is centrally located and 5min en foot to Shibuya station. The room is spacious and quiet. The view spectacular. The beds big and comfortable. Lovely linen. Comfy PJs. The kitchenette well thought through. The bathroom wonderful and functional. Quality L”occitane toiletries and plenty of other toiletry needs provided. The gym modern and well equipped. I am a regular sauna user and recommend their sauna facility, almost 90C, clean and spacious. The bar on the 40th floor fabulous, make sure you at least have a peak at night. The only thing to complain about is that it feels a bit dated, however I believe that renovations are underway. I would stay here again.

Schönes Hotel mit Blick und super Lage für alles in Tokio.
Pros:

Kingsize Betten im 29. Stock. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück, das japansiche (wahlweise zum Buffet) können wir besonders empfehlen. Gute Lage zur U-Bahn und abends nach Shibuja. Vielleicht etwas teuer, aber weiß man ja vorher.

Localização , quarto super confortável com amenities excelentes . Fiquei no executive floor que tem lounge com comida e bebidas, desde champanhe francês a vinhos franceses. Boas instalações e muito bom PA .

Cons:

Apenas que não tem pessoal suficiente no spa nem no cabeleireiro, nunca há disponibilidade pois c duas terapia tas e uma cabeleireira fica difícil
