Bien placé mais l’entrée de l’hôtel très bizarre

Frustrant que l’anglais n’est pas courant dans l’hôtel. Le dialogue est difficile même avec le concierge. Pas normal

Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas bon. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec accès lounge, pensant qu’on pouvait prendre notre petit déjeuner là bas. Il n’y avait rien à manger, simplement des choses qu’on ne connaissait pas. On a dû payer 2400 yen par personne pour en réalité, qqs fruits et du yaourt. Pourtant beaucoup de choix mais rien qui nous a plu. J’ai commandé des œufs, reçu mais pas ce que je souhaitais, je l’ai laissé/pas mangé. J’ai commandé un café latte chaud, j’ai reçu un latte glaçé!

Le restaurant japonais Sakura, on y a dîné à 10, restaurant très et trop épuré. Repas correct. Pareil, le personnel ne comprend pas l’anglais

We loved our week at Cerulean Tower

Loved the location, the gym, the staff.

Cons:

They don’t cater for allergens such as dairy intolerance. The restaurants were varied but we struggled. It would be great if they offered chicken in the teppanyaki: small thing, and very bespoke to us. Other than this I would highly recommend.

Great hotel, centrally located, amazing staff and excellent facilities.
Pros:

Excellent room on high floor, great views of Shibuya. Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was beautiful and great value. Gym, pool, sauna excellent.
