Great clean would definitely stay again if in Tokyo
Pros:

Great location
Staff were great and accommodating to gluten free allergy
Great views and cleaned all the time

Cons:

We had to move from our initial room as there was a funky smell in it possibly from work being done on the floor above

Easy walk to all Shibuya sight seeing, culinary and shopping destinations. Very upscale, quality accommodations & amenities

Cons:

Was disappointed pool was not accommodating of my 9 year old daughter (who is a competitive swimmer). This is likely the only reason I would not book Cerulean Tower again on my next trip.
