Front desk staff needs to be trained to smile for better customer service. Especially the guys looks angry all the time almost feeling hostile. This is advetise as 5 stars hotel so please act like one and provide 5 stars service

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just a short walk from the busy Shibuya Station. The room was expensive, but it was large, clean and very comfortable, with beautiful views of Tokyo, specially at night. The bathroom was also very good, clean, and well-designed.
The staff was always very courteous throughout our stay.
Only misunderstanding was when we bought croissants and coffee from the hotel’s restaurant area one late morning, and were surprised when the staff wouldn’t allow us to sit in the lounge next to the restaurant. Instead, the staff directed us to stay in the lobby waiting area, which had no tables. We decided to return to our room to eat instead.
Highly recommend! Corner king on the executive floor with city view. One of the highlights of our trip, a view that we will remember forever. Tokyo tower and SKYTREE are redundant with a room like this.
Facilities are in superb condition, attention to detail is clearly their forte.
Location is perfect. Explore chaotic Shibuya and retreat back to the Cerulean oasis.
Staff incredibly nice and accommodating. The concierge hooked us up with some last minute reservations close by, and tips for the Shinkansen.
One of the best hotels we have stayed in. I debated about switching to a less expensive hotel, but so glad I didn't. The level of service was exceptional! The room itself was very large compared to most Japan hotel rooms, with an amazing bathroom that included a wet room and lots of counter space. They even provided a curling/flat iron along with all of the many toiletries. We got lucky in that our room had a view of Tokyo Tower, Shibuya Scramble and Miyashita Park. We had a magical stay, and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
Great room with a view, good restaurants, excellent staff -- in particular the concierge! I always stay here when in Tokyo because it is close to Shibuya station for trains and metro -- and also for the NEX (Narita Express) train from Narita Airport -- only 60 mins compared to 2-2.5 hour taxi or bus ride.
Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!

Truly impressive hotel. From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is right next to the subway and many dining and shopping options. The gym and pool were also fantastic with many other third party services such as acupuncture and spas on site. There is an easy airport bus service that’s picks up at the hotel going to both Tokyo area airports. Lastly, the food options onsite were incredible, and the swanky rooftop bar on the 40th floor offers one of the best views of the city. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
We enjoyed our 6-night stay very much. In terms of location, it is very convenient. The airport bus stops at the hotel itself so I had no issues navigating with luggage. It is also a short walk from Shibuya station and all the surrounding malls and food options. We also took a nice stroll from the hotel to Nakameguro.
The staff were generally very helpful and polite. The room was clean and we were provided with all the amenities one could possibly expect.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Staff and service amazing. The top floor restaurant/bar has stunning views of Tokyo. I will stay there again for sure on next visit.
I had a great stay at this hotel. Views from the room were great. What really made this stay great was the staff. After check in, someone escorted me to the elevator, pushed the button, and waited until the door closed with a deep bow and an Arigato gozaimasu. When I was leaving I inquired about where to catch the shuttle bus to Haneda airport and someone walk my luggage down the elevator with me and walked me to the bus stop managing my luggage the whole way. Little things like this made their level of hospitality memorable.
Close to JR station and downtown Shibuya. Cerulean lounge was very nice and all the snacks was a pleasant surprise!

We stay here four times over two weeks first segment club floor was great. Next two segments cerulean floor was good. Last segment regular floor over priced and bare bones in terms of things missing like master light switch, amenity kits , mechanical curtains, etc
Great hotel in the middle of eclectic Shibuya station.
I was beyond impressed with the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. Tokyo is generally know for very cramped hotel rooms with simple materials. Cerulean Tower really maximizes the rate we paid to stay there on spacious rooms, breath-taking views, luxurious materials, and lavish amenities. The daily breakfast was delicious and the service was over the top. The hotels location is central to everything a tourist wants to see but being on the other side of the highways allows for it to feel secluded from the hustle of Shibuya Scramble. The 7Eleven right in the building was also an incredible benefit we were not expecting to use almost daily. Highly recommend!
I always stay at the Cerulean when in Tokyo because of the hotel proximity to Shibuya -- very easy to walk 10 mins to Shibuya Crossing with many restaurants and the night life right there. Facilities of hotel are impeccable, nice views, and the hotel staff are great -- most especially the concierge who can arrange experiences in and around the city! 😁👍
