Grandioses Hotel, aber gemischte Erfahrung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig
Die Möbel und die Ausstattung im Zimmer waren besonders stylisch.
Die Betten waren bequem.
Der Eingangsbereich war grandios.
Das Badezimmer war besonders beeindruckend.
Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel (teuer, aber im Rahmen der Preise).
Die Gegend ist sicher.
The room size was excellent.

There is a parking lot directly at the hotel (expensive, but in line with local prices).

Cons:

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war ziemlich schlecht (mehrstöckiges Betonparkhaus). Morgens kann es laut sein. Das Zimmer war dadurch sehr dunkel und hatte nur ein winziges Fenster
Der Check-in-Mitarbeiter (ein junger Italiener in seinen Dreißigern) war nicht besonders höflich und wirkte eher wie der Herr des Hauses statt als ein einladender Empfang. Das übrige Personal war im Gegenteil sehr aufmerksam.
Die Lage des Hotels war auch nicht unvergesslich
The view from our room was rather poor (a multi-storey concrete parking garage). As a result, the room was very dark and had only a tiny window It can be noisy in the morning.
The check-in employee (a young Italian man in his thirties) was not very polite and seemed more like the master of the house instead of a welcoming person
The rest of the staff, however, was fine.
The location of the hotel was also not memorable.
La vista dalla nostra camera era piuttosto brutta (un parcheggio multipiano in cemento). Di conseguenza, la stanza era molto buia e aveva solo una finestra minuscola. Al mattino può essere rumoroso.
L’addetto al check-in (un giovane italiano) non è stato molto cortese e sembrava piuttosto il padrone di casa invece di una dipendente addetto all'accoglienza.
Il resto del personale, invece, e' stato molto attento.”

Mult sub asteptari.
Pros:

Designul camerei si al hotelului a fost modern si la nivel de 5 stele. Camera a fost curata si aranjata, iar minibarul a avut de toate. Produsele de ingrijire de calitate de la Rituals.

Cons:

Zgomotul din fata receptiei se auzea pana la etajul 5 si dura pana la 1 noaptea. Temperatura in camera nu putea fi ajustata, aerul mergea doar pe temperatura setata si era foarte frig. Desi am sesizat problema la receptie nu s-a rezolvat. Am lasat un parfum in camera, iar cand ne-am intors dupa amiaza acesta lipsea. Furat, probabil ca "bacsis", ceea ce este inacceptabil la un hotel Melia. Privelistea din camera era urata si deplorabila.
