الفندق بشكل عام فاخر
حجم الغرفة مناسب جدًا
الاثاث والديكور مريح وفخم
الخدمة كانت متميزة جدًا من قبل طاقم العمل، استقبال لطيف وترحيب جميل والتعريف بالفندق وتوضيح كافة المعلومات اللي تساعد المقيم في قضاء ليالي جميلة
للامانة كل شيء ممتاز بالفندق وصراحة ما ندمت اني اخذته
محطة المترو قريبة من الفندق يعني تقدر تتنقل من الفندق الى المترو مسافة 5 دقايق مشي وتركب المترو وتتوجه الى اي نقطة تبيها.

اللي ما عجبني مو في المكان، اللي ما عجبني انه بعيد شوي عن سنتر وتحتاج وسيلة نقل عشان تنتقل الى هناك اما سيارة او مترو او تطبيق توصيل

Una experiencia de auténtico lujo
Pros:

Una estancia magnífica de principio a fin. El hotel ofrece exactamente lo que uno espera de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas: instalaciones impecables, habitaciones muy cómodas, un ambiente elegante y un servicio de primer nivel. Todo estaba perfectamente cuidado y el personal fue extremadamente atento, amable y muy profesional en todo momento.
Hubo varios detalles que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. Como nuestro vuelo salía tarde por la noche, tuvieron la amabilidad de permitirnos hacer el check-out a las 14:00 en lugar de a las 12:00, un gesto que agradecimos muchísimo y que nos permitió disfrutar del último día con mucha más tranquilidad. Además, nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de salir hacia el aeropuerto sin ningún coste adicional, algo que también se agradece enormemente.
Por si fuera poco, ese mismo día era mi cumpleaños y, sin que nosotros dijéramos nada, el personal nos sorprendió con una pequeña tarta y una vela. Puede parecer un detalle sencillo, pero son este tipo de gestos los que marcan la diferencia y hacen que la estancia sea realmente inolvidable.
En definitiva, una experiencia excepcional y totalmente acorde con lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría. La atención al cliente fue impecable y cuidaron hasta el más mínimo detalle. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Nice équipement in the room and lobby.

Cons:

No welcome drink or anything to drink or eat while we be been waiting for 1hour to do the check in bring standed in the lobby . Very long wait especially with an infant. One would expect a better experience in a 5 star hotel
