Απαράδεκτο λάθος για τοσο υψηλο επίπεδο ξενοδοχείου

Εξαιρετικό το δωμάτιο ( Τρίκλινο) πολυ καθαρό και παρα πολυ ανετο, απίθανο πρωινό,με ιδιαίτερα ποιοτικά προϊόντα.Πολυ βολική τοποθεσία, μόνο 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την στάση μετρό Lotto.

Ενω ζητησαμε κατα το αρχικό check in , το πρωινό της τελευταίας μέρας σε πακέτο λόγω πρωινής αναχώρησης (06.00), μας ειπαν οτι πρέπει να τους το ξαναπούμε μια μερα πριν φύγουμε.Πηγαμε την προηγούμενη μερα να τους το ξαναθυμισουμε και μας είπαν οτι αργήσαμε (19.30) να τους το πουμε και δεν προλαβαινε η κουζίνα να το ετοιμάσει, θα έπρεπε να το είχαμε ζητήσει πριν τις 17.00, κατι που δεν μας ειπώθηκε κατα το αρχικό check in...Αστεία πράγματα για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων με 300+ την βραδιά....

Pros:

Hotel was lovely, staff were all friendly and helpful. Bar prices were great. Taxis to centre were about €15 & reception would call you a taxi usually there within 3 mins. Staff went above and beyond and surprised us with a bottle of champagne, balloons & dessert for my partners birthday. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Milan.
