Not a good experience but they do what they can with what they have!

I think it’s close to everything you need and clean sheets and towels.

Cons:

The smell in the room, the old carpet, the beds very high (I have spinal fission and it was a challenge to climb in the bed) plus unfriendly receptionist (the guy didn’t want to be there! 😂)

We liked that it was right near the beach and a good area on the main road. The beach access was great. The staff was nice. It was fairly quiet. The breakfast was good

Cons:

We picked a hotel that had a pool and a hot tub. But the hot tub was broken. The phone in our room didn’t work. We were asked during check-in if we wanted cleaning service and we said yes. They were supposed to vacuum, clean the bathroom, make the beds and replace the towels. The first day, they made the beds and changed the towels and but didn’t vacuum or clean the bathroom. Plus, whoever “cleaned” the room was eating pretzels and there were pretzel pieces and crumbs on the carpet. Or maybe the room was not vacuumed before we got there. Second day, they only replaced the towels, and didn’t make the beds. Pretzels were still there. Also, the hotel door that goes out to the beach access was broken and didn’t lock. Needs to be fixed so it locks at night. Thank you!
