Pros:

Management was very helpful

Cons:

Room 101 was basically falling apart . The shower was leaking , the main door would g close properly, the bed sheets were dirty .

It was a good stay nothing that really effected my family's stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The AC worked well. The room was also clean and well kept. The staff was polite and professional.

Cons:

The pillows were hard and small and the blankets felt plastic. The room also smelt like paint on arrival. The place was kind of hidden and hard to find.

Everything was great except for the pool.

Mouldy smelling room and the lamp shade was very mouldy. Staff weren’t very friendly.

Overall it wasn’t my worst hotel experience but if I got the chance to do it again I would not stay here!
Pros:

The staff were nice for the most part. I loved the private beach access. The room was very spacious and the a/c worked very well. Loved that there was free breakfast and a hot tub. Was in a nice location for walking. Loved that they were pet friendly although there was a fee. :(

Cons:

The hotel smelled weird, especially when the air was off. The room was horribly renovated. Our tub and sink was stooped up. The toilet clogged and it took them almost a full day to fix it after telling them 3 times that it needed fixing. The room wasn’t very clean. The outdoor rinsing station for after the beach didn’t work. We had to get a room keys reprogrammed constantly because they stopped working. The hallway leading to the stairwell smelled really bad. The pool and hot tub were ALWAYS FULL of people (which really isn’t their fault but still very annoying.)

We liked the pool, the access to the beach. Location is easy and good. Fair overall.

Worth the price and the location near the beach was awesome!
Pros:

How close to the beach it was and how the pictures of the property were accurate.

Cons:

The place seemed a bit outdated and it could be cleaner. Also the shower water went everywhere but overall it was worth it.
