Pros:

Staff is excellent from the desk to kitchen to room service staff to maintenance. Things were as advertised.

Cons:

Damp sheets and carpet, musky smelling bathroom, but great free breakfast woth cordial staff.
Pros:

Property was great. Great continental breakfast with fresh food all free. Staff was cordial. Honestly would come again but would want to also explore other places.

Cons:

The floors in my room and bed sheets in my room felt damp. It was room 310. My family and I were tired so we didn’t complain but it made for an ok night of sleep. There was also a musky sent coming from the bathroom.

Stay here if you enjoy dingle berries tucked in the sheets & broken candles
Cons:

The room was dirty. The sheets were not changed, they were dirty and had long black hair all over them. They smelled bad. Also the dead bolt lock was broken and make me feel extremely unsafe.

Great staycation
Pros:

I liked the room and the staff. The room was clean and roomy. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better the eggs were dry and the beans served were runny and maybe a maybe switching from bacon, ham or sausage and not just sausage which was a bit dry. Have a variety of oatmeal not just one kind other that that everything else served was good. The location was a bit confusing at first but then it was easy to get too. I really enjoyed my time there with my husband and daughter. I would have preferred a kitchen in my room but it gave me an excuse to go out and eat 😜

Good value overall (price and quality)
Pros:

Easy to access, nice private pathway to the beach, caring staff, good a/c, changed towels and emptied trash daily

Cons:

You could see that some cosmetic work needs to be done. They need to keep up with breakfast better………ran out of pancake mix, syrup. You need spreadable butter for waffles, not ice cold. They were noticeably understaffed.

Swimming pool and room need remodeling
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Room needs remodeling very dated, carpet was torn found a small roach on the counter. Food smells came through AC while we slept in the early morning. Very disappointed! Swimming pool was very dirty. Pool needs to be scrubbed.

The hotel was not worth it. Will definitely not stay there again and not recommend it.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Staff was ok, hotel room was not great. Room was smelly, carpet had a weird smell, the couch in the room looked dirty and smelled bad. Toilet looked like it wasn’t very clean and the shower didn’t have a good pressure. Drain in the bathtub wasn’t draining well so water would take forever to go down.

Pros:

Super close to the beach, but it’s the people that work there that made the stay just 100 times better than I would’ve anticipated

Cons:

It’s not a bougie updated hotel but the hospitality side of the spectrum just takes the cake and makes up with their amazing people working there
