The staff of the Hotel was very polite and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The location is great.

Cons:

I got cheated by booking.com by overcharging me heavily for the room rate. For the date of my visit I booked through booking.com, they charged me Rs 7725 more than what the hotel website was offering. I paid RS 18644 on booking.com and when I went back on the Hotel website a few minutes later to check for the facilities offered I found the Hotel was offering Rs 10,920 for the same nights. I called booking.com immediately and told them that they can't overcharge me so much but they didn't help and said I pay extra for the services by them. I don't understand what services they have offered by charging Rs 7725 extra. I completely trusted the Booking.com brand and was shocked by this level of cheating and money making techniques. I would request them to return the overcharged amount, else I might have to approach a consumer court. The whole night instead of sleeping and relaxing or the trip a kept calling their phone and the hotels customer care number.

We loved our stay !
Pros:

The breakfast has a lot of variety and its surely delicious! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are pretty and clean. The bathroom is well equipped with all the basic amenities and even beyond.

Fantastic choice Lucknow!!!
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay in Lucknow!!!
Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Royal Cafe and Hazratganj. Lovely updated rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff was available to help with advise and answers to any questions.
Would definitely stay here again!
