Friendly staff!

Everything
I had no complaints at all.
Property very old and need some fixing
It had a unique setup, very comfortable
This place was really dirty, the night stands had food, drink and whatever on them. The bathroom counters had toothpaste from another guest. The freezer had food spilled in it and the bottom of the freezer door was filthy. I can’t understand the 4.0 rating because it’s a 1 at best.
Very comfortable room and spacious. Had a king suite.
The continental breakfast was rather limited choices. Food was good and area was exceptionally clean.
My son had emergency surgery and we needed to check in a little early. The hotel was accommodating.
The place was filthy. We left shortly after we arrived and went to another hotel. If I owned Residence Inn, I would be embarrassed. Booking.com rated this as a place to stay, maybe you should visit what you are recommending. The clerk cancelled our room.
I’ve stayed at this property in the past but it had been a couple of years and I was really disappointed with the upkeep of the property. In my room, the trash had not been emptied in two trash cans under the sink, there was mold in the shower, a picture was missing on the wall in the living area and the lamp shade was torn. There was also a “substance” on the night stand that had not been cleaned or removed. Cigarette butts covered the ground at the entrance on the ground level, east side and trash cans on my floor had not been emptied in a while. The ice machine in the hallway was broken and, after four attempts of asking for ice at the front desk, I gave up. Apparently the “guy” who had access to the kitchen ice machine couldn’t be located. I asked for a 6:30 AM wake-up call that ever happened. Thankfully, I had set my own alarm or I might have missed my flight. And, beware, there is not airport shuttle at this property. I try to always give positive reviews so, I can say that the breakfast was good/typical and the nice lady working there very helpful.
The staff was terrific. The hotel staff is the best I've encountered in a very long time. They were friendly, speaking to me every time I walked through the front door, and every other staff member I walked by talked to me. The room was clean and up to my standards.
Though the building is very nice and well-kept, the location is terrible. Two derelict properties across the street resemble movie sets from a zombie apocalypse movie. Sketchy people walk the streets at all hours of the day/night, and frankly, I was prepared to walk outside every morning to find my car broken into (thankfully, that did not happen).
I was very pleased with my stay except that I was told the shuttle could take me to the airport in the morning, but when the day came I was told the shuttle didn't run until an hour later. A simple miscommunication I suppose, but it was frustrating. With the location of this hotel and the size of the airport, I expected that the shuttle would be running when flights are scheduled...
The room was nice.
