The mattress on the king size bed was terrible. It was just a big pit and when they brought in another mattress, I complained about it and they brought in another one that one was also bad, but it was a little bit better than the first one so according to the desk, the place has to be remodeled and that’s one of the things that they’re going to remodel is the mattresses because all the mattresses were terrible.
The staff was excellent. Jeannine and Rosia were super helpful, professional and accommodating, Room was clean, quiet, updated and comfortable.
The site was being remodeled so it was a challenge but watching the courteous craftsmen and the way the staff responded to them was very encouraging.
Good staff and nice bed.
Looked like construction chaulking was used and dried on the bathroom and shower floors. TV guide did not reflect channels or programs accurately. Bathroom fan is loudly squeaky.
Great location, good breakfast, clean room! We loved the first room we were in had a nice sofa to sit on with a coffee table,decent sized bathroom nice room overall but the TV’s weren’t working so had to move rooms! I like that check out isn’t until noon
We moved rooms and this one was the same size but only had 1 chair to sit in with coffee table! When checking out and left I did go look at my account and saw that they did take an extra deposit the next day which made no sense to me! I did call and talk to someone but on my side it says it’s still pending! I booked the room through booking.com and it did say pay at hotel but they did try to take the money out the card I have on file which is not updated but they tried the card 12 times. That’s a bit overkill for it saying pay when you stay!

We weren’t told there would be construction during our stay. The room was not clean when we arrived at the requested time. Until pressed we weren’t going to be given an alternative room.

The price - have stayed here multiple times and paid double the usual rate this time.
The breakfast was great. I was surprised at the variety offered. They changed everything out often and were constantly making sure the area was clean. The staff were very welcoming.
Honestly everything went well. The receptionist was amazing. She was extremely nice. Everything was clean and easy to find.

Upon checking in the gave us a room with someone else belonging in it, went back and told them it was someone else room, but he said the room was not occupied. Gave us a different room bathroom was dirty room had a funny smell and A/C didn't get cold enough. Only stayed the one night because it was late already and found a different hotel the next day.
The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff was outstanding.
The shower was nice,but the water never got hot just Luke warm. The place is being remodeled and the pool is closed. Would have been nice to know that. I usually go to the hot tub and go swimming so that was disappointing. Otherwise when they get done it will outstanding. We will definitely go back.

I was unexpectedly told that my bank card would have a hold of £89 for “incidentals” that would be refunded 4 days after checking out. It took 10 days after we checked out to be released. In addition, the hotel charged me twice for my stay, admitted it was an error on their part and again didn’t release the funds back to me for 2 full weeks when I was back in the UK. Staff were hopeless at dealing with or escalating the issue. Marriott did not return calls or respond to urgent email. In addition, the hotel is tired, decorated badly, our bath was painted over which had flaked off and left brown stains over the floor of the bath. The price of the stay did not reflect the poor conditions.
They are obviously updating. Carpet was new, bedding was very nice. It was quiet on the 3rd floor at the end. Everything worked properly. Breakfast was as expected with some nice additions. It was very comfortable and I travel,to this area often so this may be my,home away from home.
I often travel with my dog and they do not accept pets.

Floor in elevator all broken & taped together. Ice machine dirty wouldn't use it. Beds need replacing soooon.
