Overall we had a nice stay.
Pros:

Everything. The beds were comfortable the pool and the hot tub was great too ! The staff was great as well.

There are no elevators, you had to climb stairs with luggage. Staff wasn’t very helpful or professional looking. Took forever to check in.

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, plenty of space for the 5 of us. Staff at checkin/ out was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was in the front, but no parking available, so we had to park in the back and tote our luggage though the maze of the hotel, including the sandy beach spot, to get it to our room. Booked a room with breakfast included for all my guests but was told it only covered 4/5 of us. (My confirmation email said 5 guests with breakfast included) At breakfast then the girl told me some of the things my kids ordered, werent covered. & she acted annoyed we were even ordering anything,maybe she was shorthanded though. Having to sign pool towels out/in at the front desk was crazy too. Meant after swimming, we had to walk our wet selves back into lobby to return the towels, then head to room without that extra coverage. Oh & i booked a room for 5 guests, & was given 3 towels, wash cloths, etc. We had to request more, which was promptly given, but still odd we had to ask for enough to cover our crew.

Great if your priority is clenliness
Pros:

It was convenient to a lot of eating/shopping, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was overpriced. Marketed as "water front," but the water is just a little inlet and you can't really see it from a ground level room.

Great stay, beautiful landscape, and a perfect first time in the Keys.
Pros:

The location was great for the price. It was outside of downtown for a quieter feel but still just minutes away. I also like the connecting rooms layout, it was perfect for my group of 4. The beds were so comfortable, I slept through the night. The backyard boardwalk over the water was so relaxing and a perfect spot to watch the sunset! Even saw some small sharks swimming around one night.

Pros:

Clean and the pool is awesome with tropical plants around. Staff was extremely friendly. Groceries and gas right across the street but the highway is very busy.

Cons:

The "beach" area is a joke with only about 100 ft of sand. There's even a sign that says no recommended for swimming. Sunbathing only. A little bit far from the downtown restaurants and attractions but I knew that going in.

Pros:

Great hotel, somewhat far from the rest of the island though.

Cons:

We got charged twice and it was difficult to reach the manager to get this fixed. They made it seem like the cancelation policy was different than what was on booking.com. Still got the refund but definitely affected our review. Otherwise pretty solid hotel
