Hotel was great - loved the pool and the location. Took Lyft to historic district and was very easy.

Bistro in the morning was excellent - Christian, Stephanie and Cinthya provided great service and food.

This is one of the cleanest and best kept properties that our family has ever stayed in. We traveled April 2026 with 4 children including a toddler. The front desk staff (Kassandra, Mary-Ann, and Lotoya) was so friendly and helpful, and even upgraded our room to a 2 BR/2 BA suite (4 beds!) to accommodate our large family. The pool was pristine and the tiki bar servers were top notch! While this property does not provide a free breakfast, it more than makes up for it with service and amenities. We were even able to rent a golf cart and drive that from the hotel into downtown Key West. Our whole family rated this property 10/10 and recommend it esp to anyone traveling with a large family w/children!

One of the best hotel experiences! Was greeted by the nicest, most sincere front desk employees—Lotoya and MaryAnn. They were accommodating, efficient, and found myself leaving with a smile on my face after every interaction. The grounds were gorgeous and the rooms were very clean. Also a quick 8-10 minute uber ride to Duval st. and other neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

Stephanie, Cinthya, and Christian were awesome!!! We had a great experience at the Starbucks in the courtyard by Marriott Key West waterfront. Very friendly service. Delicious drinks. They were very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t have been better!

No restaurant

Bed was nice room had a nice back exit to a view of the water. Pool was nice. Hot tub was nice. People working were very nice.

This hotel is such a gem! It is on a busy road leading into town but there is an oasis that you can’t see from road, so don’t be fooled. There are plush tropical walkways, a lovely little pool and tiki bar and the friendliest staff! It was my birthday when we arrived and they decorated my room with balloons, rose petals, a birthday banner and birthday pillow case. They left us champagne and strawberries with chocolate and grapes, it was amazing! Thank uou to Maryann, Latoya, Fabiola, and Pamela for the birthday digs. Our room was large with a little couch area separate from bedroom and an awesome little patio. Our view was of the water and palm trees, we enjoyed sitting out here in the morning and late night. The drinks, food and service at tiki bar was awesome / if you have Platinum status or above take the food and beverage voucher, many ways to put tp good use. Shout out to Jeff and Ken the tiki bartenders… so nice and they make the best cocktails. We didn’t rent a car and it’s not necessary. The 3 mile uber ride to town is easy and less than $20 even with tax and tip. Parking is super expensive and if you want to enjoy sone beverages at dinner, uber is easy. This hotel is half the cost of hotels downtown and it was like pur little oasis. We don’t want to leave and others told us they always stay here, I believe it. Thank you for great birthday trip.

My husband and I traveled to Key West in January for our honeymoon, and were absolutely thrilled with our hotel choice. To clarify, there is not much of a "beach"--and it is definitely not swimmable--however you truly are right on the water with so much marine/wild life around and plenty of boat-watching! The hotel has an abundance of outdoor seating available - lounge chairs on the beach and at the pool, a wrap-around porch with various seating arrangements, and a beautiful boardwalk space just over the water with multiple seating nooks and sofas, umbrellas, etc. We were also checked in to a water-view room with a balcony, complete with two small chairs and a table!
The hotel sits on a busy corner traffic-wise, with a restaurant just next door (that we did not get to) and various gas stations and chain restaurants, coffee shops, etc. in the immediate area. It is not the most walkable area, but we were able to get to a couple of other hotel bars on our first night (straight shot toward downtown, no major intersection crossing).
Uber/Lyft rides were generally $10-$15, maybe up to $20, depending on our destination. We rented bikes for a day via the hotel, and downtown is only a 15-20 minute ride. The hotel/rental company provides locks as well as helmets.
We spent little time at the pool, and enjoyed its beauty and cleanliness. The bartender (whose name is escaping me) was lovely and kind, and had plenty of recommendations for the area.
Latoya, Mary Ann, and Kassandra at the front desk were all beyond amazing and so helpful with everything needed. Our room was decorated with rose petals and candles upon our arrival, and they left us the most beautiful and thoughtful note about love and marriage. The overnight gentleman attendant was also kind in assisting us with change and products for a load of laundry. Steve at the concierge desk was friendly and efficient with getting us our bike rental.

Overall, we greatly appreciated the space (and king bed) provided at this hotel as opposed to staying at a downtown location. We definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be close to the action while also having a relaxing escape!
