Outstanding service
Pros:

Christine at the front desk was wonderful and went above and beyond the call of duty to make us have a wonderful stay!!

Visit Cinthya y Stephanie at the Bistro
Pros:

Woke up and had some free coffee in the lobby. The fresh aroma of food drew me to the Bistro where Cinthya y Stephanie served us a delicious breakfast with a friendly smile.

Gorgeous Resort
Pros:

Hard to leave this place! Lovely beach, plenty of seating outside with pool and hot tub. Awesome cabana. Staff so lovely and welcoming. Great breakfast options and comfortable beds and pillows.

Thoughtful staff members go above and beyond!
Pros:

At the Courtyard by Marriott, Key West waterfront, my husband and I met Christine at the front desk. She is one of the warmest and happiest people ever, delightful and welcoming. Courtyard by Marriott—hang on to Christine. She is a gem! Our trip brought us to Key West for our wedding anniversary and retirement celebration. What a lovely surprise to find a decorated room of flickering (battery ) candles, iced champagne and treats. Wow! Your crew (Mary-Ann, Latoya, Fabiola, and Pamela) went above and beyond preparing our (super clean) room with surprises. Thank you all! You made our getaway unforgettable!

Snow and ice cancellation
Pros:

My flight was cancelled on January 28 due to a snow storm on the weekend 1-24-26.So I had to cancel my reservation.The Manager told me my refund $400 would not be refunded due to hotel policy.There were no flights but she didn't seem to care and was very condescending. I had to cancel my 2nd half of the trip with HILTON. They gave me my deposit back and put some points in my account.Guess who I will be staying with from now on HILTON.

Worst Customer Service and GM experience for a Lifetime Titanium member-1400+ stays
Pros:

Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with!
I am a lifetime Titanium customer with over 1,400 stays in over 35 years of traveling.
Booked a two night stay for a stay a couple weeks ago for a Thursday-Saturday stay.
My wife’s friend, experienced a serious health issue and I had to cancel their trip on a Tuesday.
Callled the staff- the lady was the most disrespectful individual I have ever dealt with as she only cared about “their terms and conditions states cancelling w less than a 7 day notice is a one night stay- my cost over $400!
Ironically- trying to raise this issue to the GM- Michael- he also experienced a health issue and was unavailable for over 10 days due to his sickness!!
I called today twice as left a vm for Michael w no response. Explained my situation w the front office lady who said she would talk w Michael….
No response and to boot-they were sold out upon my wife’s check-in date for the two nights!!
Total BS!!!
Worst Marriott experience ever- stay at your own risk!!

Great Birthday Celebration!
Pros:

Took a couples trip to Key West for just one night. It was part of a birthday celebration and the staff at the Courtyard, Key West Waterfront made it a wonderful experience. I am a Titanium level of Bonvoy but I believe they treat everyone extremely well. The check in was friendly and efficient and I was assigned a beatiful water facing room on the second floor. Upon entering the room we were in for a beautiful surprise. The room was filled with birthday ballons, a bottle of chamagne, a few treats and a great personal note. These touches do not go unnoticed and make for an unforgettable memory. Special shoutouts to MaryAnn from the front desk who I believe also blew up all those balloons. Also Latoya, Pamele and Fabiloa who help prepare everything to make the room look so welcoming and enjoyable. The birthday girl was so happy and looking at the joy on her face throughout our stay made this trip to the Courtyard Key West so unforgettable. Thank you everyone and I'll be back!!

Family trip to Key West
Pros:

The staff at the bistro, including Cynthia and Stephanie were very informative and kind. The service was speedy and the food was delicious. We also appreciate the staff around the pool area and the check-in staff.
