Beautiful amenities. Ken and Jeff were great at the Tiki bar. Rooms were spacious. Mitch, Christine and their manager were super accommodating. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Pros: We got a courtesy room upgrade to a King Suite for my husband's birthday with a decorated room & the biggest patio deck that had an waterfront view that was very nice. The location was very convenient & about 10 minutes away from the action on Duval Street using an Uber. We were conveniently across from a seafood restaurant that was good for our late night checkin coming off the road & being hungry. The pool area with the hottub was relaxing & definitely a highlight to staying. The guest service staff was very helpful & knowledgeable & the cost value to stay was very good I would definitely stay here again & recommend this location to anyone.

Cons: The weather wasn't the warmest, it was very windy & colder than expected so we didn't get to enjoy the patio deck with waterfront view like we wanted.
There were dirty towels in the bathroom upon arrival but the guest staff quickly rectified the issue. The breakfast was not free/continental which was surprising because they do have a nice dining area. The halls to the hotel had dingy smelly carpet which makes the hotel seem cheap/dirty but its not. These cons would not keep me from staying here again they are just things that were noticed.

He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed as well as the other guests there. it made us feel welcomed .i would recommend this hotel to everyone. from day 1 to day 5 of this extended vacation, Cinthya and Stephanie took great care of our morning breakfast and coffee needs. Their bright smiles and professional work started off each day on the right foot. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Cinthya & Stephanie took good care of us in the Bistro. Service was prompt and food was fresh. It was a Good experience overall.

The breakfast room is always clean and comfortable with plenty of room between tables! Eggs and other tasty treats are deliciously prepared to order in the kitchen by expert cooks. Out front, Cinthya and Stephanie are incredible in not only providing barista quality coffee, freshly cut fruit, perfectly prepared avocados and assorted breads, but their treatment of the guests is so warm and friendly you feel a part of the family. Such a delicious and heart warming way to start the day!!

Based on some of the previous reviews, we had very low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older, so it is a little weathered, but the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The hotel staff - especially Alexa and Cassandra went above and beyond to make our stay special! Really enjoyed the pool, little beach area and tiki bar as it was a nice break from Duval St. which is about 2 miles from the hotel. Would stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfy, and the staff was amazing. Such kind people with great customer service! Mitch and Kysaddia were extra helpful when it came to all our needs.

Woke up and had some free coffee in the lobby. The fresh aroma of food drew me to the Bistro where Cinthya y Stephanie served us a delicious breakfast with a friendly smile.

Hard to leave this place! Lovely beach, plenty of seating outside with pool and hot tub. Awesome cabana. Staff so lovely and welcoming. Great breakfast options and comfortable beds and pillows.

At the Courtyard by Marriott, Key West waterfront, my husband and I met Christine at the front desk. She is one of the warmest and happiest people ever, delightful and welcoming. Courtyard by Marriott—hang on to Christine. She is a gem! Our trip brought us to Key West for our wedding anniversary and retirement celebration. What a lovely surprise to find a decorated room of flickering (battery ) candles, iced champagne and treats. Wow! Your crew (Mary-Ann, Latoya, Fabiola, and Pamela) went above and beyond preparing our (super clean) room with surprises. Thank you all! You made our getaway unforgettable!

My flight was cancelled on January 28 due to a snow storm on the weekend 1-24-26.So I had to cancel my reservation.The Manager told me my refund $400 would not be refunded due to hotel policy.There were no flights but she didn't seem to care and was very condescending. I had to cancel my 2nd half of the trip with HILTON. They gave me my deposit back and put some points in my account.Guess who I will be staying with from now on HILTON.
