Pros:

Always a nice hotel. Great location, close to the highway to get to your next destination.

Cons:

Hot tube still not fixed. Was there spring of 2025 and it was not working either. Our room this time had paint falling off the inside of the bathroom door. Dishwasher looked like it had a paint can exploded in the inside of it.

Very nice outside area.
Swimming pool.
Apartment was very nice.

Cons:

Barbecue Area was often dirty. Especially under the table.
Breakfast dishes - every day ceramic plates and less plastic cutlery would be great.
The washers and dryers were a little broken.

Jordon to the rescue!
Pros:

Jordon the front desk guy was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to secure me a room with a working air conditioner on a VERY hot, busy weekend! Unlike the Fairfield Inn I had stayed at the night before. There they told me the front desk clerk was comfortable with the temp of my room so the fact that I wasn't DID NOT MATTER! (I KID YOU NOT! I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!). Jordon cemented my loyalty to Staybridge! He is a GREAT representative for the brand! GIVE that guy a BONUS!!!!! He kept saying "we can do better."
He so far exceeded my expectations (prompt, courteous, came to me so I didn't have to run around, kept checking on me til problem was resolved) that I can't stress enough, GIVE THAT GUY A BONUS!!!! AND, NEVER stay at Fairfield Inn!!!!!

Pros:

We enjoyed the stay. We loved the pool and it was nice having free washer and dryer available for washing our clothes. They were not very clean and smelled off but they were free so I just cleaned it before using it. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of options that changed daily and the staff kept the available options filled. We would definitely stay again.

A lot of things there is a very rude young lady at the front desk the manager then came in said we need a refrigerator two seconds and unsmithing it to the wrong stereo typing us on top of you all still have not let my pending transaction for $100 go the room was okay and for us to be have taken through all that stuff you would think there would be an adult swimming pool however it was just somewhere for the kids this morning I will never forget to really young lady looks like she's out of her 50s or 60s I would say 60 because the way she carried herself which wasn't a much older manner anyway she was a younger old lady with braids in her hair sitting at the top of her head in the barn very very unprofessional very nasty-minded very unprofessional like I spoke I don't know how many times I can say unprofessional I chose to speak with someone else she didn't jump into the conversation not knowing I would have put her in her place very quickly but I had my children with me so she was definitely not worth it you can tell she just gives people a hard time and she's very miserable no

Spring break family vacation
Pros:

Beautiful place, breakfast was amazing. Room was big, nice for our family and very comfortable for us to enjoy our vacation and relax.

Cons:

Gym tv did not work, there was drinking and problems in the pool area and it took tell staff 3 times before they went to handle the situation.

Poor room design
Pros:

Hot tub was down and pool was closed in the morning. We had a suite so our daughter could sleep and we could stay up. The room was horribly designed where you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, interrupting her sleeping each time. The dresser dresser also opened every time you walked past it. The night light by the bathroom sink, which was next to the bed, was horribly bright as well.
