Clean and friendly!
Pros:

In Piedras for a mission trip. This hotel has been amazing and so accommodating to us and our large group of 20. The rooms are clean and it’s the best shower ever! Yuri has been taking such good care of us every morning for breakfast, which has been hot and yummy plus lots of choices daily. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Definitely the best hotel in Piedras Negras, bed was extremely comfy, the location close to everything, and the spectacular breakfast was amazing (the service provided by breakfast attendant Yuri, Blanca, Lorena, Joanna, and Rosario was awesome), thank you for everything, and hoping when I go back to see the same service.

Charge me extra for a person with out notice

They charge me $20 more for my son for staying in the room when I payed for a room with 2 beds. I don’t think they should of charged me when I paid for a room with 2 beds

Excellent service , the food is good, if you are there Blanca y Lorena they can help you . The front desk the personal are very kind, they can help you . Erika, Emmanuel y Adriana are so nice. The installations are comfortable and beautiful, you can go the pool and enjoy the area for grill.
