Mostly ok, but the reason we come is for hot tub
Pros:

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Beds not comfortable. Matress seemed worn out in our room. Room was noisy, right next to pool. Hot tub not working properly. No jets. Then it was not available for most of the next day because they drained it.

My favorite stay!
Pros:

This place is always amazing. It is my first choice for hotels for Portland trips. Amazing pool. Best free breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! Allowed for late check out.

We stay every year with our dance team, it is close to the venue location, breakfast is always great to have, some do use the outdoor heated pool. it really works for our needs.

Swim in the Snow?
Pros:

This was our sixth winter"ish" trip to Merry Manor and it didn't disappoint at all. We love the heated salt water pool and enjoyed the Forest Room on this night in March. Breakfast was solid and overall a great experience

Pros:

Everything! Amazing breakfast, amazing staff, great pools/amenities. Great stay with my wife and perfect for my two little ones (3 and 2). First time and we will be back!

Pros:

Love the aesthetic of the pool, lights, pillar fireplaces, but couldn't FULLY enjoy them. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Not family-friendly. The pool area was LOADED with impaired adults, unsupervised kids, and open containers. The kids who were WITH adults weren't being supervised because said parents were completely sauced in the hot tub with no direct view anyway. I had to have our kids get out of the pool because drunk men were doing backflips into the pool without looking for kids. It's also hard to believe that the same pool entrance area that's littered and filthy on a Saturday night is the same place where we are served breakfast on Sunday morning. Totally appalled that staff allow it to get that rowdy and messy. We were so looking forward to our stay, but are sorely disappointed.
