The Claridge is only a shadow of its potential and not worth the money.
Pros:

The staff were professional.

Cons:

The hallways smelled of mold. The internet was not functioning. The finest most charming room in the lobby was closed for construction. Only 1 elevator worked and we had to wait 3-6 minutes for an elevator to arrive. The facilities are not built for use by the handicapped.

A great hotel
Pros:

The staff were very efficient and polite, the suite was huge

Cons:

The jacuzzi didn't work but they offered us another room but was later in the evening so couldn't be bothered to swap.
