Would stay again if in Vicenza
Pros:

The staff was very courteous and friendly. When checking in, everything was ready and was speedy. I was told about breakfast as it was not included, and the price was great for the value.

Cons:

I am not sure if it was the weather or the fact that I was on the 8th floor (top), but it was a little hotter in the room, corridor, and waiting for the elevator than in other locations in the hotel. Heat rises and there was a lot of heat so it could have just been.

Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il personale adibito al servizio della cena nel ristorante dell'hotel non è assolutamente adeguato al tipo di struttura.
