Not all of our room Keys worked. Not only the first day but it was several attempts to be able to get into the three rooms I paid for. Ended up booking at a different hotel for the third room since we were not able to access the room.
Location, staff, and the architecture.
Nothing it was exceptional
Friendly and courteous staff. Room was nicely laid out, bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall great stay.
Bed a little uncomfortable.
The staff were all great without exception. Super friendly and helpful. The bartender is a rare gem of knowledge about art and food. He knows the area exceptionally well and the people working in many other locations.
We had an excellent suite, but there was a water leak from above so they moved us to the presidential suite.
This hotel was clean, quiet, great value with super comfortable beds. It has a great location to restaurants and Sundance square. The staff were super friendly and professional. Jessie at the front desk is amazing and definitely an asset for this hotel. We would staff here again.
Nothing
The location is easy to get to and easy to walk to entrainment and food.
Our soaker tub didn’t have a plug and they couldn’t find one to work for it.
We loved the overall vibe of this amazing hotel. The room was large, and the decor was awesome. The bed was super comfortable. It was very quiet. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.
Location
All great
This historic hotel is so charming. I really enjoy our stay. We didn't have time to enjoy their breakfast but it looked amazing.
Perfect
Friendly staff and great location.
A beautiful historic hotel in downtown Ft Worth. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Jackie was so helpful and efficient at attending to our needs. The breakfast was delicious. We loved being downtown with so many great restaurants within a block or two. Strolling the beautiful streets at night was a treat. Something intriguing on every block and so safe with ambassadors greeting you at every turn.
• Friendly staff
• great location
Although the hotel occupies a historical building, the rooms could use some refurbishment - the one in which I stayed presented some issues on the bathroom (broken toilet seat, leaking bathtub…).
Breakfast staff was slow at first but they made it right. Delicious food! Thank you! B. Williams
The rooms were nice and large.
Great location
Loved the space and it was convenient to everything! Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite and it was a treat to stay in a historic boutique hotel in the heart of Fort Worth. But I thought the $50 fee for the early check-in (2 hours early) was a bit excessive. Also, the breakfast was ridicously expensive especially since there are so many delicious and affordable breakfast options available on the same block.
