Pros:

Lovely hotel, not the cheapest for the location (a little walk to the main restaurants etc.) but good, clean, spacious rooms. The reception staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The pool on the roof was lovely and the bar/restaurant was very good for breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel, it's very nice and the staff are great, and it's closer enough to enjoy all Nice had to offer

Cons:

The lunch menu is pretty limited; we only ate here once (because it's so limited), but what we ate was very nice (for a 10 min walk you can get much more choice at half the price!).

Le restaurant sur le toit est une catastrophe

Chaleur et soleil plombant sur la terrasse

Pas de clim à l'intérieur.

Personnel de -pas - se' aux repas.

Pas de " late departure"
Pas de service en chambre...
Une psychologie d'accueil au desk de haut niveau : madame si nous vous demandons vos papiers c'est parce qu'il y a eu une fusillade dans la rue à côté.......no comment !!!

Prima voor een Nice verkenning en 30 min lopen naar oude stad
Pros:

Privé parkeren onder hotel. Ook met lage sportauto redelijk te doen

Cons:

Alles is op rooftop, bar ontbijt, zwembad restaurant dus als je langer blijft begint dat te vervelen

Idealny pobyt!
Pros:

Pokój i hotel bardzo czysty. Wyśmienite śniadania i obiad (opcje bezglutenowe co było dla mnie zbawieniem). Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Piękny taras i możliwość spędzania czasu nad basenem z pięknym widokiem.
Personel bardzo pomocny i niesamowicie miły.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, 3-5 min zu Fuss von der Tramstation "centre universitaire méditarranéen" entfernt. Wirklich tolle Rooftop Bar/Restaurant mit Schwimmbad und etwa 20 Liegen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen für Euro 25 pP gehts eher hektisch zu. Unser Meinung nach ist das Buffet zu klein für soviele Gäste. Daher gingen wir immer auswärts in ein typischen französisches Cafe frühstücken.

Good but a bit overpricing...
Pros:

Clean and minimal. The poolside was nice.

Cons:

There are paper cups, no glass or mug up ! That makes me feel like I am staying in cheap hotel.... the good point is only pool side and restaurant. very minimal hotel... Staff are nice.
