Pros:

De me terem feito um upgrade do quarto e de me terem permitido fazer o check in mais cedo. Da oferta de produtos saudáveis no pequeno almoço e a hipótese de poder comer omoletes.
Da simpatia dos funcionários e do facto de haver uma a falar português (super simpática).

Da falta de espaço entre mesas no pequeno almoço e de haver falta de reposição de alguns alimentos expostos.

We stayed here with family (3 kids) - it was very disappointing that ristorante on the top floor didn’t have anything suitable for kids. So we could have dinner in hotel. Cocktails also were quite basic, margarita to sour…
