Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and usually opens from Mid May to beginning of October.

Please note that the rooftop terrace with the summer restaurant and the pool is located on the 8th floor and is not accessible for people with reduced mobility as the elevator only stops at the 7th floor and there is one floor with stairs to access the terrace. Personál z okolitých hotelov a reštaurácii by sa mal prísť učiť do tohto hotela, ako sa má správať k hosťom, bolo to ukážkové, dokonalé, také niečo som už dlho nezažil a to som už pochodol nejake tie hotely po európe.

Cons:

Ja byť manager tohto hotelu ako prve čo by som urobil by bola výmená dverí v celom hotely. To nie že sa nedá hovoriť o zvukovej izolácii, svetlo presvitalo v noci z chodby po celom obvode dverí, celkovo je tam slabá zvuková izolácia na izbách ale tie dvere to bola v podstate jediná negatívna vec.

I booked a three-night stay for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. We loved the location and the terrace with the pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms look very worn, the hallway is dirty, and I'll attach a photo of the dirty carpet. The drain in the bathroom didn't work, so we called the maid to fix it, but the same thing happened the next evening. The floor in the room does not correspond to the 4 stars the hotel has. At the reception, we asked if we would be celebrating our birthday here, but in fact, we did not receive any compliments from the hotel. I left a gift of chocolate in the fridge in the room, and when we returned to the hotel two hours later to pick up our luggage, we weren't even reminded or asked whether we'd left anything in the room or not. Although I think by then the room had already been cleaned and people had checked in.

Pros:

O hotel é simplesmente incrível, tudo muito lindo e perfeito organizado sempre e muito cheiroso, todos os dias as camareiras estão passando para limpar os quartos, e isso eu adoro 🥰🥰🥰 amei a recepção do hotel, funcionárias falam, inglês, francês e português.. então me senti muito a vontade na minha estadia. Além de apreciar a beleza do mar ao tomar café da manhã no terraço do hotel. Enfim tudo é perfeito nesse lugar.
