Horrible will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else

Everything the service was horrible the room was nasty there wasn't any clean towels Staff was rude I feel like I over paid when I would of been more comfortable sleeping in my car

location was fine

Cons:

Although the room was done smoking, it smelled like cigarettes. I believe it was due to the fact that one could go out on the small balcony. There were cigarette butts scattered about the balcony floor. Cigarette smoke probably was coming in through the venting and the door frame which did not close tightly.

Staff was ok

Cons:

Tub in room broken settings panel unusable grab bars all broke no clear instructions on how to turn on jets waited over an hour for someone to come fix it. After a night out I came back planning on going to sleep pulled back the blanket and the was dried blood on the sheet and pill not like stain didn’t come out no blood dried. And of course house keeping was long gone. Guy at the desk helped me change the sheet and pillow but won’t be coming back anytime soon
