nice for a small stay but for longer it wodlve been uncomfortable.
Pros:

the staff were very nice.it was close to restaurants and the beach.the rooom was cozy.

Cons:

the breafast needed more options.the rooms were very small compared to the photos.and the elevator was very small

Pros:

The staff are amazing. Honestly so helpful. We had our ferry cancelled which caused a multitude of problems. Initially had to cancel the stay due to dfds ineptitude to book us on the ferry next day. We were then able to get a ferry the next day. The staff were so understanding and allowed us to change our accommodation to the following days. Given this was over easter bank holiday weekend they could have said no, however they made me feel at ease and relaxed and that it wasn't an issue. The room was lovely we didn't have a Seaview as we checked in late (about 8pm) so left with one in the basement. They apologised however there was no need as we checked in late and the room was perfect for our needs. The shower was lovely. Room was immaculate and so was every other area we saw. We didn't spend much time in hotel as I tend to try and physically break us on holiday and cram loads in. Definitely would recommend it here.

Cons:

Car park is a bit tight however this isn't the fault of the hotel, its life and parking in Brighton parking is horrendous. So not a didn't like just be warned. Thankfully my oh was driving and parked in worse carparks/parking spots so wasn't an issue.

Great location, nice and clean, good breakfast

Cons:

Had to wait 20mins beyond the stated time to get into the room (despite travelling with guest with disabilities). Yet I was asked to vacate when I went beyond the checkout time

Pros:

Location and everything was very clean.

Cons:

Rooms are very hot with no air conditioning, windows only open 4 inches. You can hear any and all conversations through the walls.
