Poor for a Sheraton
Pros:

Convenience to Brighton beach and leisure facilities, but expected better from Sheraton

Cons:

An old building with one small 4 person lift. With the room on fourth floor it was a bit of a trek with luggage. Imagine if we'd bern on the 7th floor!
Bedroom was clean and only just about adequate. The bed was comfortable enough but otherwise there was only a bare minimum of other facilities.
No A/C and the room temperature overnight hardly dropped below 30C with no fan option. Both bedroom and bathroom windows had lock limiters on them and would only open about 3 inches maximum.
Toilet seat faulty, no loo brush and while the shower worked well it was over the bath with a flimsy plastic curtain. There was soap, shower gel and shampoo in dispensers but the ones over bath were not easily accessible.
Breakfast was edible but the choices were not great and considering we paid a duscounted price of over £150 for a one night stay the experience lefy a lot to be desired. In fact overall the level of the facility was a bit of a sorry joke and I wouldn't be returning.

Würde ich nie wieder buchen.
Pros:

Direkt am Strand

Cons:

Die Fenster kann man nur 5 cm weit öffnen, sie blockieren dann. Laut Aussage des Personal aufgrund von Sicherheit (damit keiner rausgeht?). Die Folge ist dass keine Luft zirkuliert. Die Nacht war grenzwertig Körperverletzung. Die Ventilatoren, welche das Hotel im 5. Stock im Abstellraum lagert zeigen deutlich, dass die das Problem öfters haben. Die bringen aber nichts, außer dass man vielleicht nicht komplett kollabiert. Mich würde es nicht wundern, wenn ältere Menschen nach einer solchen Nacht wie ich sie erlebt habe ähnlich versorgt werden müssen. Fenster direkt am Strand, wo man zumindest nachts auf eine kühle Brise hofft so abzuriegeln ist ein Unding. Das ganze Gebäude ist ein Backofen, der aufgrund mangelnder Zirkulation nicht abkühlt.

Disappointed 😞
Pros:

Nothing at all

Rooms not comfortable ( deluxe room with see view )
Toilet not flashing properly,toilet loose ,curtains broken.
Fan making horrible noises asked for a 2nd fan no replacement on the hottest day of June.
Found bugs crawling in bed .
Poor shower ,water pressure next to nothing.
In the morning breakfast was poor,no food , tables dirty no where to sit .No hot food ..no hot or cold drinks.
We had a slice of toast with butter ( we had paid £14 pounds each me and the wife for a slice of toast.
We've stay so many times , over 6 times this year already, but im afraid wont be staying again .
Really disappointed.
I wont be putting pictures but if you need to see those pictures dont hesitate to contact and I will be more than happy to send them to you .

Great location great staff and big size room
Pros:

Location, view of the ocean, big room and very clean. Staff friendly and helpfull

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning staff gave us an extra fan but it didn’t help with the heat. also the windows can only be open slightly so unable to take advantage if any breeze
