Pros:

La posizione è carina, di fronte al mare

Cons:

La struttura è datata, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Inoltre nelle stanze non c’è il condizionatore, la notte ha fatto un caldo mostruoso e abbiamo dormito male. I vetri delle finestre non possono essere alzati per intero quindi non passa molta aria e, in ogni caso, lasciando le finestre aperte si sente il traffico del lungomare

Great but
Pros:

Members of staff are very kind and helpful. My room was large and comfy with good equipment, all very clean

Not great, did not have a good nights sleep and would not stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, bedroom clean. Bathroom clean, good shower. Nice fluffy towels.

Cons:

Very hot inside room with no air conditioning making it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Our room was located opposite the doorway to reception and we could hear doors banging into the early hours and then a guest could be heard shouting and swearing at someone outside our room to the point where my son was scared and I had to make reception aware.

Had to pay to check in early
Pros:

Can't think of anything I actually liked but it was perfectly adequate and no complaints about the room.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel well before actual check in - perhaps at about 11am - I can't remember the exact time. I asked if the room was, by any chance, ready and I wasn't surprised to be told it wasn't. I asked to be told when it was and sat a few feet away from the reception desk as I had some work to get done. Nothing more was said to me so, at about 1pm, I spoke to the same receptionist as before and asked if the room was now ready. I was extremely polite and almost apologetic because check in was from 3pm so I was now two hours early. To my delight I was told the room was now ready. However, I was rather taken aback to be told that it would cost me £30! Nothing had been said when I first arrived and there were no guarantees that I would be able to access the room before 3pm anyway. Yet here I was being asked to pay £30 for being able to check in two hours before I would have been able to anyway! Moreover, the room itself was only £50! I was tired having had an early start so I said nothing and paid up. Tbh I felt taken advantage of because nothing had been said about payment when I first arrived and clearly nothing out of the ordinary had been done to prepare the room otherwise I would have got in earlier. So I couldn't really see what extra service I was paying for. The room itself was adequate but there was only one window which was about my eyelevel (I'm 6ft 2). It was clean but the carpet was fairly grotty with some old bits of sticky tape which hadn't been removed by a vacuum cleaner. Bed and shower room were both very clean. It was very cold in the room and on letting reception know a hot air heater was quickly supplied.

I had a clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff that made my trip amazing.
Pros:

The sausages at breakfast were delicious! The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. I went during the heat wave and the rooms were lovely and cools and had a fan.

Fabulous view from room, everything else a disappointment
Pros:

Fabulous big room with 3 long window view

Cons:

Poor facilities, room tray, hot breakfast wasnt buffet and only served scrambled eggs, no choice even when asked. Not the standard expected from this brand and price
