Excellent stay, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Good location, car parking available although this is first come first serve basis, some areas of room could benefit with a touch up but good value for money. Staff were fabulous.

Very good value for money
Pros:

Location was great and the room was very spacious and quiet. Comfy beds and very clean. I asked for an extra duvet and it was quickly accommodated. The front desk staff was lovely!

Cons:

It is an old building so sometimes some odd toilet smells would come through when no one was using the bathroom

Nice place and staff, shame about the lack-lustre breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff and excellent location

Cons:

Breakfast very substandard. Before Sheraton took over the breakfasts were excellent at this hotel, with a wide choice including vegetarian. Now, no doubt cost-cutting, Sheraton have reduced it to a very limited cooked dish. Tea delivered with bag in cup - hardly expected in any good hotel. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Pros:

Staff are lovely, breakfast was good

Cons:

The floor in the room was so uneven. Made me think about the structural integrity of the place. The headboard was lower than the foot of the bed by a mile, very uncomfortable. The large windows were great overlooking the seafront but couldn’t open them. Very noisy from people outside (can’t be helped) but also floorboards from above and neighbouring rooms. Overall not great, wanted to love the place.

Pros:

The location, the friendly and efficient staff. Decent breakfast. Room size. Comfortable and clean bed.

Cons:

No fridge in the room. Bathroom was not in the best state - toilet didn't flush properly, sink was too small and difficult to use because of poorly placed shelf. Carpet was a bit grimy. Lighting was not adequate.
