Well-run hotel with pleasant and helpful staff; clean facility and nice room, good breakfast.
Pros:

Staff helped get me the beds that I needed (two queen) and were very accommodating and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them over the phone. The assistant manager (I believe) checked us in and was very prompt and helpful. I can tell this is a well-run hotel. The breakfast was good and neatly laid out. All the staff I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

What every hotel should offer no matter how expensive or inexpensive.
Pros:

There was nothing special about this property besides the customer service. Everybody was nice once we're comfortable and it was just a simple stay at a hotel.
