It was really good, the space in the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!

The room was spacious. For a family of 6 I felt really comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms need better cleaning. The tub was not really clean and I was handed a stained sheets

Front desk was not helpful
Pros:

Pretty standard IHG Hotel

Cons:

They charged hefty $150 for pet fee which was awful. Usually this fee is around $50-$75 but paying $150 for pet fee is awful. I would not recommend to anyone stay!

A surprising gem!
Pros:

Clean, contemporary, nice gym, nice bathroom, great staff - actually everything was nice!

Cons:

If you opened a window the LIE traffic was a little loud.

Mothers day stay
Pros:

I liked that it was off the 495. Easy to get to. I liked the room was clean and the coffee was good. Good t.v. channel selections. Fridge & microwave. Was a great touch. House keeping came quickly and provided the extra items we needed. They were friendly

Cons:

We didn't like the limited close parking, the breakfast wasn't hot, the elevator was very wobbly and took forever to go between 7 floors. They only offered complimentary water to diamond members. The tub has an embedded grain that makes the tub feel dirty, although it's not. The windows were very hard to open up for a little fresh air.

Hot, broke AC, smelly room.
Cons:

The weather was in the 70s and 80s for the days that I was there. The AC was not working and the staff did nothing to fix it. The room smelled of feet and mildew. I felt like I was baking in the nastiest smelling shoe box of a room. It was so warm and uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I couldn't hung out in the room between activities, I was literally there to shower and sleep. My room was also right next to the elevators and it was noisy. I called the front desk to let them know the AC was not working and they said they could not move my room but they would try to send someone to fix the AC. The AC did not work the entire stay and I doubt anyone came to even attempt to fix it.

It was a perfect stay for a family wedding event!
Pros:

Convenience to wedding event in Hauppauge, daily breakfast with lots of options & delicious coffee, wonderful staff that was kind, considerate & maid service was great!

Great trip, sweet staff but subpar facilities
Pros:

The staff tried to fix any issues a s the pool was nice.

Cons:

It's not well maintained. There is scum, wear and tear, badly patched up corking throughout. The breakfast is also not great but okay to get something in your belly before a drive.

Ass, bright lights shining in room with no window shades or curtain.
Pros:

Nice staff, relatively clean.

Cons:

The rooms on the highway side of the building have NO functioning window shades or blinds in the rooms so the room is lit up like a XMAS tree. Literally could not sleep a wink and would like a refund on my credit card. Room #408
