The property itself was clean and nice. Rooms were spacious and worth the price.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t really welcoming- gave off nonchalant vibes. Also, my partner & I bought water bottles from the downstairs lobby area. An older white lady was checking a guy in (same lady who checked us in) and offered him complimentary water on the spot plus ammenties and not us at all. Mind you , we are colored people and the guy was white. She ranged us up just for the total to be $25. Very insane and felt very uncomfortable.

Pros:

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. The room smelled strongly of mold, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I ended up with a terrible migraine and barely rested. I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly affected my experience.

Stay if you must. Maintained old hotel that needs an upgrade.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant. Appreciated the free coffee and tea 24 hrs. Especially in this cold weather. The space allocation and lighting in the room was great.

Cons:

The elevator was dirty and unstable. It shook and bumped about at every stop. Felt very unsafe, especially since I was there was my child. No smart TV and the remote barely worked. Paid parking? That was not cool.The bathroom was bare with not complimentary items, I thought this was standard. The windows were thin and we heard the noise of the highway through out the night.
