Good quality comparing to the price, good location, close to the near beaches, free parking. Staff was really nice.

Cons:

poor sound-proof windows in the room, we had a room with a highway view, and the noise was disturbing quite a lot. Continental breakfast - it was just ok, but I wouldn't call it continental.

Clean and comfortable. A bit overpriced.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but slightly cold at 9am. There was plenty of parking. Location was good for what we had planned in the area.

Cons:

Hotel was on the older side. Elevator felt/sounded like it was going to break down every time we were on it. Shower/bath was older and would make a lot of noise.

Cost of hotel for type was a bit high... but its New York...

I didn't like paying an extra 5$ a day for parking when all the signs out side say "courtesy parking", and the hotel is the only building near the entire parking lot. Seems petty.

It is in the middle of nowhere but do not guarantee a parking place , which charge 5 $per night, really wonder where we should park if there were no places available , a possibility mentioned in the replay to my request for parking.
