Everything else was good except those two issues. Which made my stay, not so good

My room had a drip that was constant and the toilet continued to clog up to the point where I called for help and there was no urgency with staff to fix the problem.

The room was great for our short stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The girls at the front desk were really helpful. And we were across the road from the Gas South Arena for our daughters cheer competition.

Peaceful, restful and rejuvenating.
Pros:

From my checkin I was greeted with a smile and it just got better from there. Everyone I had the pleasure of encountering with here was very professional, courteous and hospitable. I'm a truck driver traveling across the country and I haven't been able to take time off since last October so I desperately needing a peaceful, restful place to lay my head and I definitely found it. My room, the bed...the amenities were perfect. The morning breakfast was on point as well. Thank you to the entire Hilton staff.

There should be a makeover of the Sugarloaf Hilton
Cons:

We were shocked there was a price for a continental breakfast, that would be free anywhere we have stayed before.
The pillows were like quicksand… uncomfortable! The commode was so low very user unfriendly.

Everything was great but I felt like breakfast was just a money grab and our stay ended on a sour note.
Pros:

Very nice and clean property. The staff was very nice!

Cons:

The price of breakfast was insane!!! All I wanted was two eggs and it was going to be $13.
