They were very nice to our little dog. Appreciated.
Like the water (for us humans) available in the lobby.

Cons:

Assuming it's policy- but would have loved linings on the trash cans.
And my daughter wasn't thrilled with the "cloudy water." But all minor issues.

It was nicely renovated and modern.

Cons:

My sister went to use the restroom in our room and the door got stuck. It was clear it had happened many times before based on the wear marks on the door handle and the locking mechanism itself. When I called down to the front desk the associate confirmed it was an issue as reported previously. It took 45 minutes to get her out of the restroom with a crow bar. If it was a known issue why have guests stay in that particular room?
