Pros:

Nothing, the property needs an update, furniture broken, blankets with holes and stains, not clean room,

Bed in very bad conditions, blankets with stains and holes.

Pros:

Firstly didn’t respond to messages about airport transfer. When we arrived, they gave us a twin room even though our booking was for queen bed room. Evening staff didn’t speak English so it wasn’t resolved. In the morning they reassigned to a room which didn’t have a safe, the fridge was extremely noisy and our room wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast area was really dirty as tables had not been cleared from previous guests and choice was not great.
