O frigobar um barulho insuportável! Poucos funcionários no café da manhã e uma funcionária conferindo os quartos, mas não falava português e muito menos inglês. O cartão de acesso ao quarto e ao elevador desmagnetizou varias vezes

Dessa vez, mediana.
Pros:

Já me hospedei algumas vezes e gosto do conforto dos quartos e da localização , além de ter estacionamento.

Cons:

Dessa vez acredito que dei azar , o chaveiro está péssimo, na se mantinha em uma temperatura , ficava aquecendo demais ou esfriando demais mesmo após a regulagem. O banheiro não tinha onde pendurar nem uma toalha de mão/rosto , tinha que pendurar no secador de cabelos ; o frigobar fazia uma barulho a noite toda , estalando , a ponto de termos que desligá-lo algumas horas. A crítica é construtiva de quem já ficou várias vezes e já tenho nova reserva que havia feito para final de outubro, e esperamos a melhora como sempre foi .

Hotel de amadores.
Pros:

Apenas a localizaçao, perto do metro e perto da Paulista. De resto nada mais.

Cons:

Eu achei o hotel velho, os funcionarios perdidos. Nao estao preocupados em resolver os problemas, do wifi eu tive so tive no segundo dia depois que eu fui lá para eles verem realmente o que estava acontecendo, colocaram meu cpf errado. Cobraram uma cama a mais sendo que reservei para 3, cobraram no final e avisaram o booking que meu cartao tava errado, foi uma bagunca.
