Our stay was not satisfactory.
Pros:

The two rooms booked was missing especially required needs. Bedding for pullout sofa bed and microwave in one room didn't work. We didn't have hot water on our last two days.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

While the beds were incredibly comfortable, that was about all we enjoyed. We had zero hot water the entire time we were there; we didn’t have enough sheets for our pull out couch. our room wasn’t entirely clean- the hood of the stove was gross and sticky. We needed to wash the silverware in the drawer, but had no way to do so. The person at the front desk was ALWAYS on call- no matter when we came in. The breakfast was gross- the hard boiled eggs were literally frozen. Couldn’t find cups for milk or juice, and the clerk wasn’t at the counter to ask. Ran out of waffle batter- no cream for the coffee. Kids running up and down the hallway yelling in various languages. No hot water both days we were there, and the people at the front desk never apologized, and didn’t seem bothered by it at all. Multiple complaints, and no communication from them. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Way overpriced, and absolutely disappointed that we switched from a “cheaper” hotel in town to this one.

We liked our stay at your hotel and will consider it again when we come back to Dubuque. Good price
Pros:

The breakfast was good though drinks other than coffee were hidden in the little fridge. The room was very nice, clean and had what we needed.

Cons:

The hallway really smelled like someone had been smoking which made us wonder if our room would also smell. It did not so we were grateful for that!

It was a good stay, other than the room size, no disappointments
Pros:

The rooms were clean but was disappointed that the actual room was smaller than the pics made it look when booking. It was very quiet and didn't hear anything from upstairs, downstairs, next to us or in the hallway! Super important to me!

Staff!! Pleasant and friendly. Nice outdoor sitting areas. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast, full size refrigerator and freezer. Great to keep my ice packs frozen for my cooler. Good location for food options and shopping. Clean. Staff was always cleaning something.

Cons:

Dirty dishes were left in dishwasher. I didn't use it so I left them there. Very little cooking supplies. Shampoo dispenser was broken. 2 queen bedroom was small. We only had one chair. Refrigerator could have been colder. It was set on high.

This hotel was extremely far below the level we have come to expect from a Choice hotel.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient to our activities. Elevator worked.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and worn. Landscaping was horrible. Looked like it hadn’t been weeded yet this year,Breakfast was not good at all. Juice machine was out of order so you couldn’t even get a glass of water.we had ants in the bathroom and no soap. Dirty silverware in drawer and not a full set - only 1 teaspoon!only 2 Kleenexes in the box; clock radio didn’t work.

Not a lot, check-in was quick and easy. The beds were semi comfortable.

Cons:

We stopped here just to sleep on a cross country road trip. So glad we didn't stay any longer. The smells in this hotel are quite varied, but all gross. The faucet in the bathroom was falling apart and the room was not very clean. Someone was making tons of noise in the hallway outside of the room for a good 20 minutes at 4 am. Glad I only spent about 8 hours in this place.
