It was ok and relaxing and I will be back.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast…set up looked wonderful though…location was perfect for the reasons I was there..like the shopping area being close also. The place was clean and I was comfortable being there.

Cons:

There was a small odor in the room and a little to much bleach used in sheets..

I have recommended this hotel to my business friends and friends who may be travelling in the area.
Pros:

Staff and management were very courteous. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Henderson. I would also like to thank Daryl for our discussion on teas.

Outside of the noise the stay was okay and staff was great
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and courteous. Daniel was awesome and was very helpful.

Cons:

Older building and walls were thin. While the kids next to my room kept up noise for hours no staff member said anything to them. You can hear every conversation because the walls were so thin. I had to change rooms because the fridge was broke at time of check in.

Great value great hotel
Pros:

Value and location are great. Room was clean and nicely painted and amenities provided. Tastefully decorated. Furniture in good shape, bed comfortable. Great range of tv channel selections. Front desk check in was pleasant and staff very friendly and inviting. Pool open and kept up well. So far we have stayed here twice a year for the past 7 years. Every time it is a great stay. Thank you.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms were dated, and the bed was a tadbit small. However, the location was perfect, and for the value, it was convenient, safe, and quiet.

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

We did not have any hot water. The kind staff moved us to another room but had the same problem with no hot water. We wanted to shower but not in cold water. The staff attendant called the manager and we were told we would receive a discount. I’ve called 2 times but still no discount. This was very disappointing. Otherwise the place was very good.

The rooms was nice and some of the staff was good and some was not. There is one that we had a problem with. He singled us out the whole time very unprofessional

Cons:

The one staff at night that stood at our door and singled us out the whole time we was there. Everything else was good but that one person a d I made a comment before I left at the end and the staff put it in a report. So you guys should have it. I qould love to come back but I want because it upset me and my family. So very bad experience

Simply amazing and wonderful experience…Thank you Baymont my stay was fantastic…
Pros:

The property was very clean inside and outside…The staff were very nice and friendly….They answered all of my questions and concerns….They greeted me with a warm smile and welcomed me to the Baymont…The room was very clean and tidy..Everyone was very polite..It was my first visit there and it was very quiet and amazing staying there…They made me feel right at home…

I loved everything about this fantastic property….
