Kid friendly, clean, spacious, no bugs!

It was average.

Cons:

Orange juice was heavily diluted. Waffle maker area was not well kept, looked slappy. Coffee, bad Options for dairy substitution should be increased: lactose free, almond milk, soy, oatmeal.

Pros:

My first experience at a Staybridge was very pleasant. I loved layout and setup of the rooms. My son loved the indoor pool and having towels available pool side was a big plus.

Pros:

Recently stated at this hotel to visit a family friend. YIKES. This place looks NOTHING like the Staybridge website!! The site touts itself as updated modular apartment style suites.

Got to the room after an exhausting day of travel ready to relax, just to find out I would have felt more clean and comfortable if I were camping in the woods.

Ready to clean up from travel I was met with a clogged sink and a clogged shower. Great, just what I want - a flooded shower full of dirty water after being on a plane for 5 hours. Bathroom was very cramped and the room and the hotel had a strong smell of mold/mildew like it was seeping down through the walls. I was itchy when I left and the bed was so uncomfortable. At one point I tried to turn on the heat, but it smelled like pure gas, so slept in the freezing cold because the heater was not trustworthy.

I would have left to stay at a different hotel I was too tired from travel to reschedule new accommodations last minute and spend more money.

Good value for money if a little dated
Pros:

The breakfast was good as was the cocktail evenings.

Cons:

The water was cut off on our first night and we had to be rehoused at a different hotel. The ground floor stank of sewage as a result and the scent didn’t really shift. The hot tub was awful, very dirty despite being drained twice.
