Best 1st time experience for first time visit to Charlotte.
Pros:

The property was very clean, conveniently located to where I was going, friendly staff and awesome breakfast. The beds slept amazing and the hot water was awesome!

Really Good for a Short Stay
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast choices could be better, but overall, I enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Pros:

The free breakfast buffet was very good, better than average.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out on the entire floor, and there was only one elevator in the building. Our room air conditioning was claimed to be new, but it was barely blowing out cold air.

My family and I enjoy staying at both Charlotte locations! The hotel is always clean and staff is always friendly.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property, the cleanliness and comfort level the room/hotel had, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Pros:

Es el hotel perfecto. Estuvimos una semana y fué tan placentero que ahora buscaremos esta cadena a donde vayamos. El personal es muy atento, sobre todo el de la cocina (una colombiana y venezolana). La habitacion es muy comoda, limpia y espaciosa. Tiene cocina interna. El hotel tiene piscina indoor y te ofrece un laundry grande y sin costo. La ubicación es excelente, tiene muchos comercios cercanos. En fin 100/10. Gracias por tan excelente experiencia.

Cons:

El desayuno no es malo pero puede mejorar 4/5. Ofrecer mas servicio de limpieza a las habitaciones (solo pasaban a cambiar toallas, reponer amenities, pero para cambio de sabanas o limpieza mas profunda no hubo durante los 7 dias que estuvimos). El sofa cama no es tan comodo. Habilitar la opcion de doble habitación en otras ciudades como Orlando.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location was great. I was very disappointed that I did not get what booking.com show me.

Cons:

The fact that my room didn't have dining table and chairs and vanity in the bathroom didn't make me feel comfortable. I was there for 8 days and my sheets were never change.

Pros:

The area was nice, safe, and beautiful. Everything is in walking distance and you're only a few minutes from Carowinds.

The bathroom is a little small but fully functional for your needs.
