The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and fresh selections.

The location and pool was heated, staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Location was decent , rooms have potential minus the worms around the parameter throughout which makes the value a zero. We were told we were getting the larger room but when we showed up they said it wasn’t available. Then they took us to a room that was in the worst possible spot in the entire hotel. It was near an exit/entrance where there was continuous traffic and noise , adding to the door banging. And that all happened while we just went to see it. So that was a definite no . So they wound up finding one on an upper floor which had a peculiar odor. We tried to get a room elsewhere but everything was booked. So we went back in and took that room and sprayed it with freshener, it helped. Late that evening we noticed worms in the bathroom and then looked around the rest of the room and found they were all around the parameter. We called front desk and dealt with Maryann , I think her name was, the Manager. Wasn’t happy with her from the beginning. Was not accommodating, not welcoming, not friendly . So Maintenance came up and asked if we were leaving for the day and they would spray . We asked for another room but none were available. So they sprayed and we did not see anymore worms during our stay and they came in to freshen things up and it was fine. I did not like the fact we were told our specific room would be ready and waiting when we arrived and then to be told it wasn’t ! And there was absolutely no interest in making things right and no accountability. And this all coming from the Manager? Not sure this person is in the right job. I will nit return.

I honestly had a great experience. I paid a little over $500 for 3 days 2 nights and I was happy the whole time. We were greeted by a beautiful front desk worker with a great personality and was given a goody bag for being a IGH rewards member. The room was beautiful. It was spacious and comfy and didn’t have that weird smell most hotels have. It felt like home away from home. We are from Charleston and came to Charlotte for my son’s birthday and it was a great time. The view from the windows were nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet was so great. The outside courtyard was so nice to have coffee in the cool breeze . I especially loved the toiletries . I forgot my favorite shampoo and conditioner and hotels tend to go with generic products for their soaps and shampoos that leave you feeling dry and sticky. Yall had Dove products throughout the entire room and I was so grateful.

Should offer eggs omelettes or scrambled with no cheese options as well!! Many people are lactose intolerant!!! So plain hot eggs would be nice to offer! Also should offer gluten free options such as cereal or gluten free oatmeal!! Easy to find these days!! Not expensive at all !! Also would be nice to add hashbrowns and or grits!!

Location was off of the highway. Restaurants nearby. Easy access to other parts of Charlotte. Loved the kitchenette!

This was my third time at Staybridge. It will be my place of stay in NC Ballantyne area.

The breakfast was amazing and I love the location and everything was closed by and I didn’t have to travel very far.

Everyone was friendly, decent location, and clean.
