Will I return for a stay? Yes Indeed.
Pros:

The front dest staff was exceptional. No mater what we asked, they accommodated and sent emails to confirm. Tanya was awesome! Trash removal was on point. The breakfast staff was always on time.

Cons:

House keeping could have done a little better for checki-in. Items were left in drawers in two different locations. The vents could have been a little more cleaner. Light cleaning did not include the floors. I did the best I could using paper towels.

2nd Room was not clean and there were mosquitos in it.

Cons:

There were mosquitos in the 2nd room so I had to sleep on the couch. The 2nd bedroom bathroom was not cleaned and the mirror behind the bedroom door was disgusting, had fingerprints and smeared food on it.

Stayed 8 nights. Great stay, beds and rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. Hot breakfast was good!
Pros:

Great location, safe area, well kept property!

Cons:

Drains in the hot tub and pool hurt when step on them, watch out! Temp of pool and hot tub were perfect though!

Best 1st time experience for first time visit to Charlotte.
Pros:

The property was very clean, conveniently located to where I was going, friendly staff and awesome breakfast. The beds slept amazing and the hot water was awesome!

Really Good for a Short Stay
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast choices could be better, but overall, I enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Pros:

The free breakfast buffet was very good, better than average.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out on the entire floor, and there was only one elevator in the building. Our room air conditioning was claimed to be new, but it was barely blowing out cold air.
