We only stayed two days but on first day the toilet was malfunctioned. During the day it was very noisy with hammering sounds due to some kind of construction.

Extremely helpful staff and an amazing location in front of copacobana beach
The hotel needs some love. The rooms have seen years, with smoke detectors hanging detached from ceiling, to outlets broken, to some mouldy shower sides. The bedsheet and robe came with stains from some other stays.

Prima hotel aan Copacabanastrand. Nette kamers met breed bed. Goed ontbijt. Enige verbeterpunten zijn dat het inchecken nogal een project is en dat de afzuiging in de badkamer niet of nauwelijks werkt, zodat alles klam blijft en er hoge luchtvochtigheid in de kamer is.

Muy buena ubicación. Muy buen restaurante, muy bien atendido y con buenos precios. Muy buen desayuno. Personal amable y atento. Camas muy cómodas. Excelentes vistas desde la habitación. El hotel tiene carácter, muy del siglo XX, en cuanto a mobiliario y decoración.
Por el propio carácter del hotel, se notaban los años en algún mueble de la habitación. Por ejemplo, el sillón estaba desfondado y los cajones de la cómoda eran difíciles de abrir. Desentonaba con la comodidad de la habitación.

Agendei um quarto com vista para o mar, foi confirmado o pedido, na hora de check in me informaram que o mesmo não estava disponível. Fiquei muito, mas muito decepcionada pois foi uma viagem programada com minúcia. O hotel ofereceu um quarto sem vistas, referiram que tinha desconto de 20% que na verdade é o preço do quarto sem vistas no site do booking, o lavatório pingava água. Não gostei.
