Pros:

Ubicación frente a la playa

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, falta modernizar. El desayuno es muy básico, la habitación de luxe con vista esta ok pero el precio es alto para los servicios. La ubicación es todo si se quiere disfrutar de la zona de playa, solo ofrecen toallas mas no sombrilla ni reposeras.

Hay mucha gente que duerme en las calles en los alrededores.

La posizione a Copacabana è unica e spettacolare. A due passi dai concerti di Todo Mundo No Rio.
Lo staff è estremamente gentile, mi sono sentito come a casa.

Cons:

La pulizia quotidiana va migliorata, sopratutto del bagno. Ho dovuto chiedere espressamente che venisse pulito.

Buen alojamiento, falta mejorar el desayuno

La amabilidad y buena disposición de todo el personal.
El espacio de la habitación es bastante amplio y cómodo.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

El desayuno es variado pero sentí que no todos los productos ofrecidos son frescos. Algunos se sentían recalentados.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Fica em frente à praia e perto de restaurantes, padarias, farmácias etc. o Café da manhã é excelente e variado e os quartos são amplos. Voltaria mais vezes.

Cons:

Fui mal atendida pelos atendentes da recepção, atendimento péssimo com os hóspedes, cara fechada e mal educados.

Pros:

The location, staff, breakfast was pretty good. Please try to book a room with a view. We asked for our room to be changed because looking out the window was not inspiring at all!!!! Very dark!!

Cons:

I have never stayed at a hotel where we needed to iron, and no iron nor ironing board. Nowadays people don’t travel with portable irons, they have the service but people don’t want to be paying extra for that?
We have stayed at various hotels in Rio and didn’t have that experience. Literally walked out looking wrinkle.🤦🏽‍♀️

We booked it for 2 nights and forgot how it is and was suprised how beautiful this hotel is ! The interior the people that works there the breakfast the vibe ! Very very clean even better than the one that was famous on tiktok with pool on the top 😂
