Overall the staff was nice and handled it when I went to complain

Everything was wonderful minus the dangerous water situation in the handicapped bathroom

Cons:

I had a handicapped room and the bathroom floor was dangerous! The shower head would not lock in place and would turn and spray floor. That along with the flimsy shower curtain cause an EXTREMELY wet slippery floor! Also, the floor of shower was slippery. Someone is going to get hurt that is already handicapped.

Typical HI breakfast... Institutional, not very good

Cons:

four different key-cards did not work, multiple trips down to desk to get new ones.
Television did not work, had already unpacked, so preferred not to relocate. Lesson learned, check TV before unpacking!

I was told no a lot. Nobody went out of their way, or even did their job and they were not very pleasant

I was put on the first floor near the lobby
I was told it was because it was the room that I requested
The handicap shower was soft on the bottom. The floor underneath apparently is rotted
There is old glue at the bottom of the shower. That is collected a great deal of dirt.
The pool does not open until May and the website does not say that
It was 86° in Texas
It would’ve been nice
I asked for some cream for my coffee at five A.M. I was told I couldn’t get any

Im done with Holiday Inns
Pros:

Nothing. I had no bath towels in my room, they gave me a handicap room which i did not ask for, the shower head was broke and they madd me pay 30
Dollars more at the desk then i booked with Bookings.com!

Cons:

Nothjng the whole experience was terrible, the staff was rude, i never fill these complaints out but this Hotel was pathetic for a Holiday Inn
