Pros:

The room has multiple stains on the carpet. The front desk lady was rude. The walls were falling apart. Would not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced. I would go as far to say I want a refund for this horrible experience.

Right cross Cracker Barrel, which is convenient for a stop after a long drive. The staff is helpful. Great hotel to rest your head. Convenient off the interstate.

Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Tv channel choices...meh. i asked for no service in my room, yet there were muddy footprints in the bathrrom when i returned. So someone went in my room. I dont believe the hotel has been there very long but you can see dirty carpet and wear and tear. Not too bad. There is a lot of construction and oilfield clientele so It was a little dirty. Overall not too bad. Really wish they had stayed out of my room as requested. Dont leave anything valuable in the room.

Over charged for pet fee, not so clean room. Moldy and musty smell. That was reported to the front desk on multiple occasions.Customer service was terrible.

Everything was great. Only hassle was the 3rd floor elevator call button did not work, so we had to go to a lower floor to get the elevator up. We have kids and a dog, so it was a bit much. But things happen, so we managed. It was a great place and would stay again

We stayed here today because we had stayed three days prior and had a wonderful experience.
This time was different for two reasons.

1) We stayed in the second floor and from getting off the elevator, it smelled like dirty diapers. Our room smelled fine thankfully. In the morning when I got up, housekeeping had the floor smelling very clean.


2) The toilet would not flush completely without repeated tries.

These minor inconveniences do not dissuade us.
24 Hour coffee makes us very happy! We will definitely stay here again.
