This was a great stay, and I will be coming back once I am in the area again.
Pros:

This hotel had a good, central location and staff. The room I stayed in was very clean and cozy. Lastly, I enjoyed the toiletries that were given to me and were available for use.

Cons:

The elevator sometimes took a long time to get down so that was the only thing that I did not like.

The person at the front desk should be fired. Her coworker was wonderful.

Both elevators were not working, and I asked for a refund and was given a nasty response. When they got the elevators working again, while I was searching for an alternative hotel, I asked for my reservation to be reinstated, and the woman behind the front desk said no.

Pros:

Breakfast had good options and coffee. The staff helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms, nice beds and towels. It was hard to turn down the heat so turned it off.

Cons:

Instructions on how to enter and exit parking garage. It’s on street behind the building and you have to call so they can open garage gate. Everything else, location, value great!

This was our first visit to Virginia. We plan to return soon and my kids want to stay at you wonderful facility.
Pros:

I loved the ability to check in early. We arrived earlier than expected to Virginia and were exhausted. The hotel allowed us to check in once the room was ready.

Cons:

The property was in an amazing location and was very easy to find. It was quiet and comfortable during our stay. We had a nice time and always enjoyed the mystery of breakfast.

Friendly, comfortable and conveniently placed for metro to Washington - I will go there again

also the breakfasts were nice and I loved the waffles

Cons:

Thee fact that in America everything is covered in plastic and from plastic. The plates and coffe mugs were recyclable but we got plastic knives and forks all in their own plastic covering.
This is not a reflection on this specific accommodation as you get it everywhere
In a world where we try to recycle and save - America is overrun with plastic everywhere.

Very convenient, trolley at the door, easy to get to metro and train
Pros:

Breakfast was nice variety and always being refreshed, staff very friendly, lots of electrical plugs. If something minor that needed to be fixed, they were very prompt

Excellent choice for a visit to Alexandria, VA
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is a quick 7 minute walk from the train station and the free shuttle picks up outside the hotel.
